HDFC securities MobileTrading

The update brings some new features and look which are good. But some old problems still persist. Not able to delete some watchlist. Even it is deleted, the same watch list appears again. All the newly created watch list by default contains Hdfc bank as the first stock. Please rectify these bugs.

Log on to the app is cumbersome, too many information to be filled. It literally waste a lot of time. All we want from you is a Quick PIN option. HDFC bank has it, why don't you?

I thought it might b a little better than Sbi app. But here the things are worse. Not able to login. Not able to get in touch with the customer care. They dont respond. So m stuck with no solution at all other that going to the bank

Good App In Latest update order book/fund details tab are not easily accessible from main screen. Developer to add these tabs. Very difficult to frequently go to "more tab" to get info. Developer to give users option to add more tabs on main screen.

Good but not so great... Should have mark to market rates display seems there is a lag. Additionally quick access facility using the pin should be available

I am not able to view portfolio on my Mi 4i handset after updating the app. Problem resolved. Thanks App has more features than website.

User friendly application. I would suggest to keep one chat icon, so that if there is any problem while trading could be figure out with expert just a click away.

I tried the off-market feature again today and it is working perfectly fine now. As mentioned earlier, look and feel is very nice than the previous version. Keep up the good job. Recommended to all for easy and comfortable trading.

Please provide bulk/block deal information also n a way to download the statement for a specific period or date, which is not available in here or in web page, hope u will take care of it.

Upgrade is slow and portfolio ia not shown even after waiting for minutes. Some times it keep showing loading dialog only or some time white screen. After upgrade things got worst...

Doesn't show the real information. Yesterday Fortis healthcare got 8.34% down and it is showing another share as top looser with 2.08 % fall. Same goes with gai er list. Can not trust anymore.

Not satisfied with the service, because whenever we are placing the new order in e margin, sometime it say sorry we can't place the order,, but we can place same order in laptop... What is that....

Even if u enter correct password does not let me login...same password working on desktop..so many issues with this app..cannot expect company like hdfc to hv such bad application..shameless...hdfc charge highest brokerage in industry yet such pathetic services..

At login, message pops "Disclaimer not accepted" and opens kyc update screen and do not move ahead. Wow it's like customer should understand what you mean????

This new update is good to use..!! Logout button is shifted and had to be searched though...!! Easy to view portfolio and other details..!! :-)

Its good app,but recommendations cmg with prior 3-4% upside.

Latest upgrade is good. Please think about giving sort options in Watchlist section. like by name, increase percent etc.

Easy to use, tracks the profit and loss of the portfolio beside providing valuable inputs on top picks

portfolio and menu are not showing.. blank screen appears whenever you select of those options !

APP IS SLOW. NEED SPEED. USER INTERFACE IS GOOD. BUT NEED MORE IMPROVEMENTS....

I need to seemy portfolio automatically creation and deletions after selling, if this facility added would be better

App experience is good. I recommend that there should option of quick login like hdfc bank app

Post the update of 04.01.18, very good app.

Good update. But the bank details tab is missing. Where it shows the hold & release amt, bank a/c bal.

Very heavy app, try to make it lighter as like other trading app.

it a good in emergency..for operate your account..but negative is not stop loss services....

1. Latest update looks good with a fix on portfolio watch list. Kudos for efforts to improve continuously.
