Three years of usage time for my family. Private Facebook with all the functionality. No complaints.

Brilliant app, but over last few months on multiple photo uploads its uploading older photos previously uploaded that arent even on my phone anymore.

Why I cannot post video anymore from android phone? I'm using Xiaomi Mi4 with MIUI OS 8.7.6.8. It said "could not sent". Sorry to let this 1 star review. Please fix it and I will get it back to 5 stars. Thank you. Oh, I already restart my phone.

Been great until I upgraded to oreo. Now can't upload photos... App crashes... Don't upgrade to android oreo until the fix.

Been awesome for photo sharing with family... But since i upgraded to Oreo the uploads keep failing! Great app, please fix for Oreo compatibility!

I've been using this app for the past 4 years now to record the births and developments of my 3 children for our own benefit, as well as for far away relatives. However, more recently, I've been having problems with photos not uploading from my phone and having to try over and over again to get it to work. I'm beginning to consider moving to another provider because it is so frustrating.

I found the layout very confusing and not intuitive at all. Friends can't even see my collections, just my entire photos all lumped together. Looking for something better.

This app didn't work great on Android N. With Android O it doesn't even let you post photos. Use a different service or don't upgrade to O until after the fix.

Love this app! Never had a problem. Thanks to this app I can share photos and stay in touch with family on the other side of the world without spamming someone's feed.

Good concept but current version crashes when tapping notifications and on various clicks within the app.

I love the idea of it. We use it all the time to share between close family. I also use it to record important moments. What makes it disappointing: photo book for not allow you to include status updates that were posted without pictures, it does not allow you to multiple pictures on each page, you cannot edit the captions under the photos. I really really wanted this photo book option to have these capabilities. As it stands, there is no remote incentive for me to stop using Shutterfly. I do like the online record of events though.

Frequent problems with uploading, app crashes often, updates don't seem to remedy the issues. However, a great way to share photos, videos, and general updates with family and friends who live far away and the sign up process is relatively easy.

Used to be great but now it keeps crashing and restarting my phone over and over again when uploading videos. I'm on android.

I used to love this app and looked forward to the daily photos and videos my wife would share while I was at work. I've always had an issue with the app opening the videos in the phones browser, but now it goes as far as forcing me to download the file to my phone. I really despise this. Why can't we just watch it in the app, like the iPhone does?

Great app to share photos of my kids growing up. I feel completely in control of who sees the photos.

I love the apps ability to share photos and videos and I love the fact that it is completely private between you and the people on your list, BUT.... I would never purchase a photo book from you and I'll tell you why it does not allow me the option to put my own captions in when creating the book maybe I would like to add more information than just what I put when I posted the picture. After I saw that I did not go any further. If you can't create collages on each page then it should

I love using this app to share with my family-my parents picked it up pretty quickly too! However lately it fails to upload new images...especially if it's more than one. Today I can't seem to get even one uploaded. Is there any updates planned? Thanks

My whole family absolutely adores this amazing app! Saves photos privately in high quality. And allows everyone to access: android apple and even great grandma who prefers using her desktop. One of a kind! And beautiful interface.

The app is a great concept but it crashes alot and freezes when you try to upload videos if your just going to stick to photos then its great if you want to add videos don't bother. Please fix this issue.

I've been using this app for 3 years and absolutely love it. It's an easy and seamless way to share pics & videos with family. I've only had two issues over the years and both times an email was all that was needed to fix them. Support is prompt, reliable, and friendly. Can't believe this app is still free!

Used to use this with family, but when I went to install it on my new phone, I realized it asks for everything from location to browser history, and it won't allow you to deny those requests. I also find recent reminders to "nudge" family members for new photos incredibly annoying. I'll be looking for a new photo sharing app.

I love the app, would give it 5 stars if it would go into landscape mode for tablet viewing.

Loaded the recommended update today and it has crashed this app on my Galaxy S5. Up until today it has worked great and has bought us months of joy re our new grandson.

All of my family installed it. It is a great way to share my son without sharing him with the world! And I get to post as many pics as I want without flooding my friends and coworkers news feeds on social media.

App is great for sharing lots of memories with distant family members. But notifications don't always work. Sometimes my phone will show a notification and it won't show in the app. When uploading pictures, they don't always load, sometimes need to restart the app and load again. Videos don't always load, and when they do it takes 30 minutes to get a 15 second video up, even when connected via WiFi.

I find if I try to upload multiple photos in one go the app frequently crashes and I forget if I've successfully uploaded photos or not. If it wasn't so buggy on my phone this would be a 5 star review as I love 23 snaps, as do our friends and family!

Been using this for 3 years. I like that I can share every picture with my family and not bombard my Facebook friends. My family also upload their pictures so I have a copy of them all. I love that we can look back and see how old she was when it was taken and my little one loves looking at the baby pictures in the time capsule mode. I recommend to anyone with kids

Our kids set us up with 23Snap. It is precious beyond words to see our granddaughter every day!
