Good app......good delivery service and sj pizzas are truely heavenly for cheese lovers

Store will not receive order but you'll receive order number. No way to search your order status in the app. There is a minimum order amount for all orders but it won't be shown in the app. Pathetic app. Waste of time.

The app is not helpful at all. Neither could i make online payment nor did the store receive any order.

Horrible No option to pay online need to improve. going to uninstall this app

It is overall a good app but I wish there was a column in the app where we can apply our offer codes before ordering a pizza

I usually order from smoking jobs but yesterday I ordered a cheese pizza with bacon.. I gave in special instructions to get 500 change n come.. D delivery was on tym but d guy did nt bring 500 rs change and told dat he was nt told bout it.. N new told me to go to d shop myself pay n take d pizza better I would go for a fine dine Dan rather order for home delivery.. Plus d app does nt even show ur past order n cancelling dem please.. Do something bout it n also online payment so I don't have to walk 2 d store again myself for a home delivery

Denied to deliver as I ordered nly for garlic bread. .shut it Mumbai Kalina branch if u guys can't deliver certain things...

Very slow app. Menu doest load. Trying from 10.30 finally at 11.00 got message that it is closed now

On choosing medium free on large pizza. I can only select two non-veg pizzas. Why can't I choose my second pizza to be veg??

Ordered pizzas frm SMOKING JOES Wanorie,pune via FOODPANDA on 30th may at 10.22pm. Its 31st may tday and still no delivery. The order was accepted by the vendor and payment deducted but no delivery, what an amazing service by FOODPANDA and SMOKING JOES.

Why does this app need unrestricted access to your phone?

No confirmation that the order is placed.. No way to track your order from the app.

Good work, but just one suggestion, under offers you have very limited and same offers. Please introduce few more like buy 1 get 1 free.

Worst delivery service. No response for more than 3 hours from smokin joes as well as there delivery partner delivery chef. Promise made by their delivery partner that pizzas will reach in 20 minutes after those 3 hours delay. Still it got delayed by more than one hour (4 hours in all). Extremely bad service.

The pizzas of smokin Joe's are very tasty but its app all sucks...it don't have different choice of locations...little menu

I ordered a Chilly Paneer Triple cheese fantasy which had dripping cheese and no taste of toppings. Cheese shouldnt cover the toppings as it ruins the taste. Toppings should be on top.
