It would have been nice if there had been an update to the original app instead of rolling out a while new app. Tried to use it 2 days in a row and the only thing that passed was an error message. I never had an issue before that. If I hadn't been craving the chicken tortilla soup I would have never found out.

The app has bugs in it. Locks up at payment screen and you have to stop and start the app to make it work. They also removed the cash payment option. Fix the app. The old version was much better

The app just loads and loads and never pops up your code to scan. When I went to redeem my "free tea" it said I'd already redeemed it. Which would have been hard to do considering I JUST downloaded the reward in the store. I get it's free, but it'd still be nice if it worked as advertised.

App wants to access every function of your phone. Won't let you log in or create new account. Previous app was just a advertising app no reason to have. This new upgrade does not work........DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

The app won't take my credit card information. What does that tell you? About them? Or about me? Frustrating.

Can't actually redeem reward. Says please wait but never loads

Could not locate restaurant, even when standing outside. Unable to view menu without selecting a restaurant.

I click Order, and it tells me to select a restaurant. I choose the restaurant and it takes me to directions. I know where the stupid restaurant is--I want to ORDER for pickup. This app is completely useless

The app does not work. You can't use the rewards on it for items at the counter, and when you try to order through the app for pickup, it won't accept any card/expiration date you enter. Total garbage.

The old app was better. Option to pay at store is gone. New app keeps telling me to turn on location services even though it's on already.

WOW! The new version sucks! Can't use my partner company employee discount. Can't use my survey discount...

Great new look and feel. The ordering flow is much improved compaired to the previous version. Two thimbs up!

The new app looks amazing. Everything seems to work fine and the rewards are going to be a big plus

Location feature is clunky. Order procedure is buggy. Kept getting am error adding meal. Ended up with 6 soup and salads. Only wanted one. There are a lots of food things about the app, selection is good, choosing specifics is clunky and not intuitive. Example, sandwich no mayo. The entire app experience leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth.

Not well maintained, ordered something that is both on the website and app menu only to receive a call that item is discontinued. No in app comment area for performance

App orders were not received by my resturaunt location after multiple tries even though the app logs the order as submitted/completed. The pickup window employee states that only my Name shows up on their order screen.

No way to track iced tea purchases for Tea Club. May give more stars later, we'll see.

I was told loyalty program was going away and I had to sign up for the app to earn rewards but I don't see any reference to rewards

Does not work as promised. Every time I place an order through the app, I receive an email 5 minutes later saying there was an issue and the order may or may have processed, meaning I either have to call the store to place my order again or go inside. Fix the in-app ordering function and I may consider keeping the app.

Wont open take me back to google store. The rewards program etc all dropped with promise to replace over year ago!! Doesnt help that our local place is poorly managed never has advertised items and cant manage workers well portions went down too

Very disappointed, the stores have greatly reduced loyalty programs such as the veterans program. I was told that new loyalty programs would be integrated into this app but it's nothing like that. Very disappointed in the limited purpose of the app, and very disappointed in McAlisters for dropping the veterans loyalty program.

More payment options! I don't always want to pay with a credit card, sometimes I want to pay cash, especially when I still have to go inside and wait in a line to get my food.

Cant make payment in; extremely frustrating missing feature. Disconnect between sandwich mods in app and how tickets print in kitchen. Always mod to add spinach, have never received. Special mods section doesn't function either; kitchen doesn't see it or they don't care.

I've tried three times to place an order and every time, the app times out and says to try again later. I use apps to order from other establishments very frequently and those always work so it leads me to conclude that this app is junk and consequently a blemish for McAlister's.

I hate that you can't go from this app to another (to check texts to see what other people want to eat/order) without the app making me start the whole order over from the beginning.

I dont understand the problems others are having. Always works for me with no issues.
