Snapdeal Seller Zone

This is a great app to have an entire overview of our snapdeal business. It's very user friendly. I really liked the option to upload the manifest directly and selecting the time is also cool. I don't find any reason to log in from my desktop as I can perform every single task from this little bundle. Great work.

Never To sell on snapdeal the return rate is 50 percent.it is always a courier return. A single return cost 110 Rs. It is a clear loss. Instead of this sell on Amazon. Best app. Return rate less than 5 percent Unable to login. If clicked on forgot password. It show not connected to internet.It does not send notification on receive order. It is now 5 month. Bad app. Bad sites

Not able to use this app properly for long time now. Initially i face the problem of network connection failure regularly. But now this app does not even open at all for last few days. Problem is same. Network connection failure. Pls. Check this issue and rectify it ASAP I have been facing issue with this app for long time now. why dont you shut down app service of seller accounts if u cant handle it. Pathetice.

This app is smallest yet having big stomach. Yes, this app is eating whole lot of battery. Facebook, messenger, snapchat all these apps are nothing in front of snapdeal seller app when it comes to finishing phone battery in just some hours. This apps keeps phone state to awake all the time. Very Disappointed.

It's a good selling app for any business man. Fraud are people telling lie that app is worst or net doesn't work. Why don't they use seller zone through laptop. I always use seller zone thru laptop.

Dont do buisness with snapdeal. Its a totally fraud website. Totally bad experience from this website. Return of the product are 70% and they charged too much even for return shipment and the will not provide any claim for the wrong receved items. The commision charges are also very high. Garunteed the seller will come in loss if they will doing the buisness from snapdeal. The seller app is also very bad. The app will crash and automatically closed in 1 or 2 minutes.

World worst app. 1st Snapdeal does not give notification as new order arrive otherwise Amazon and Flipkart give real time notification. For new order we are force to check the app or website continuously. 2nd the courier service some of in which I faced problem with bluedart is they did not pick the pickup on time so many times order cancelled we are forced to raise a pickup dispute which never work. 3rd the courier return charge And so many problem

From last 15 days this app is not working properly. Despite of good internet connectivity, it is always showing no internet connection. No notifications are coming for any order updates. Request you to rectify the issue at the earliest for smooth selling on your platform.

I don't know what you guys do with all the funds you raise from vc's.. Why can you create a simple app.. No wonder Amazon is kicking Indian competitors arse.

Snapdeal first business is of packaging material. They will force you to buy their packaging material and the minimum quantity will be 100. And they keep on changing the colour of packaging material and give the strict instructions to the logistics team to just pick the order only in new packaging. And if you dispatch the orders in old ploy bag they will charge you 250℅ of the selling price of ur product. You will get 75℅ orders fake even you inactivate the listing you will get the order and they will force you to dispatch the order.

Really a very good app for punishment.. bcoz u can't do any work in it.. it merely opens for only 30 seconds n not more than that.. i really hate this app... waste of time

First of all through this app you can't raise a dispute. You need to go to the desktop and then I can raise a dispute. Now the problem is you can raise a dispute after 7 P.M only. Also as far as there dropship is concerned the courier service is pathetic. More than 80% of time they don't come to pick up. They don't know what's going on. Its been 2 months and if that will continue I will focus more on other E-Commerce site.

Indias worst flotform to sell. Don't expect any payments from Snapdeal only cheating and also lots of deduction for courier returns. Snapdeal earning sellers not earning single ruppes profits

Worst application ever. Not able to tracking orders, huge amount of returns, delivery boys not call customers and also too much lazy to delivery. My big mistake to connect as seller with snapdeal.

The app isn't working properly.. even though connected to high speed 75mbps WiFi or 4g mobile network this app doesn't work at all.. please look into this issue and resolve it asap.

For sellers it's really good app... I used many marketplace apps but snapdeal seller app is top in India. Even if from mobile app you can easily take packing slip print , can generate manifest and all that are directly send it mail... But if considering courier returns it's really bad marketplace , almost 40-50% returns and Snapdeal charges it as 125/-

Don't do business with Snapdeal ........ I request all seller to stop all business transaction through Snapdeal as early as possible..... After doing online business with Snapdeal under e4bbad from past 4 to 5 years it's all over because new case has arrived that courier company xpressbees not only returned empty parcel but also replace old outer packing with new packing so no tempering is their in new packing ..... as there was no tempering in outer packing Snapdeal rejected the claim..... Shame on u Snapdeal

Please don't download this app. I hate this app because my Rs 564 cheated. If you are purchasing anything download any other seller zone.. snapdel company cheat me..

They only rely on logistics .And they are very fearfull of the logistics pickup made or not made penalty is on seller . They even don't dare to say anything to logistics .And cut our commission as the payments of outr goods are in their hands .And app is always in poor performance

Return policy very bad always I got courier return. For courier return i got many loss like damage an waste of time. Very bad experience with SD in payments. snapdeal is fraud in payment transactions.

having internet connection issue on this app. other app work perfectly. having many bugs - their is feature but not working you have to take help of laptop.

Manifest upload tab is not working. Whenever click on upload manifest. It's processing and tha closed automatically. I have tried to upload the same many times. But failed.

Unable to login . As I am clicking on forget password it is showing no network but I am having too good network connection. Please help me soon for this

A bad app. It doesn't even load most of the times. Not able to give no pick up dispute too.

From last 6 months there is no update from Snapdeal. I am unable to even login in since last 6 months. But no one cares.. I think Snapdeal have no interest to serve Sellers..

Snapdeal is a worst company,i am a seller in snapdeal.They charge marketing fee ,courier fee etc but they are not giving proper service to the seller for what they paid.my orders are getting cancelled due to pickup not done by ecom express courier.I had write this issue many times to snapdeal seller support but there is no reply nor any action taken against ecom express courier.If the seller is not able to handover the order in time snapdeal charges penalty to the seller but my orders are cancelled due to the worst service in snapdeal who will compensate my loss,i will not recommend anyone to snapdeal,worst e-commerce network in india.

I can't log in its a bug earlier it's working good but it's not letting me sing in and saying "something wrong"

Snapdeal seller central it's not good for seller from every where the team if taking money from seller only .when customer cancelled or when courier return .the snapdeal team is deducting money from seller account it's very bad very bad .I have been losted of rs 10000 because of snapdeal.

Extremely useless app. There is alwaya a technical error. It keeps loading but never loads the data.
