A high quality alternative to taxis, SnapCar (www.snapcar.com) gives instant access to a large network of chauffeured cars in and around Paris. Available for both individual and business use, SnapCar enables reservation in two clicks. Both passenger and chauffeur are geolocalised by the application, the chauffeur arrives curbside and takes care of everything related to the booking. Once at the destination, there’s nothing to do but focus on why you’re there: payment is automated via credit card, and is managed via an extremely secure PCI DSS connection. A receipt is emailed to you, ready for your expense report if necessary.

SnapCar’s fleet is comprised of high quality vehicles (Mercedes E Class and similar) and experienced chauffeurs chosen and trained specifically by our team.

SnapCar technology offers the following functions within the applications, useful for your professional and personal bookings:
- Reserve a car when and where you wish, for immediate departure or in advance
- Save your favorite addresses
- Communicate directly via chat with your chauffeur, in case of need
Itinerary sharing
- Choose the music you want to hear during your booking, via the application
- Switch in real time between professional and personal modes, with different modes of payment for each, based on need

For this new version of the Android application, the SnapCar design has been totally redone.

SnapBook:
- SnapCar allows you to book the nearest available chauffeur in two clicks. The application geolocalises you, finds your appropriate address, and - when you hit confirm - automatically dispatches the booking to the nearest chauffeur.

Book:
- In the Book tab, enter your departure address:
- Allow SnapCar’s GPS system to determine your address for you
- Choose one of the addresses in your list of Favorites
- Search for a specific address and choose it from the list of results
- Move the “You” icon to your preferred departure point, directly via the map

Enter your preferred date and time if making an advance booking. Enter your destination and SnapCar will give you a fixed price for your booking, which won’t change regardless of traffic or other conditions.

Once the chauffeur has received your booking, the application shows a map that allows you to follow your chauffeur’s arrival to you curbside, in real time. You also have automatic access to your chauffeur’s phone number, the make, model and color of vehicle, and the possibility to instant message your chauffeur whenever necessary.

All of our chauffeurs are trained to focus only on getting to your destination in comfort and security: bottled water, phone chargers and wifi on board are available for you on board.

SnapCar encourages you to rate your chauffeur and experience at the end of each booking, and to provide additional information that will ensure constant improvement in the quality of service. At any time during your booking you can consult the route taken by your chauffeur.

SnapCar for Business

The efficiency, simplicity and quality of the SnapCar service is particularly adapted for use by enterprise accounts and business travelers. The SnapCar for Business service offers the following functions that enterprises and business users find indispensable:
- Advance reservations
- Centralised payment and receipts
- Reservations made by assistants
- Activity summaries for users as well as administrators
- Ability to indicate reason for travel, enabling forward billing by the enterprise to its client accounts

Enterprises can use the SnapCar dedicated site to book via the Internet. The originality of SnapCar for Business is in large part due to its lack of additional costs: no subscription or associated cost is required, nor is there a volume requirement to be able to access SnapCar for Business functionality. Businesses of all sizes can access the service simply by opening a free account.
