Every time someone request me make sure you remind them later. Whether it's days or weeks in the future I set up a future text to remind them so that I can forget it completely. From time to time I get random texts from people thanking me for reminding them on time. Half the time I don't even know what they are talking about. But it makes me look smart anyway.
