actually I have SMTOWN NOW account 2 years ago and today I just download it's app. But why I can't sign in?? fix this please for user's convenience

I had my email address varied and it had send to my email (3emails sent) but when I press E-mail authentication it say OOPS,LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING WRONG it ask me to choose Home or Go Back(can't press go back so I press home). Please!!!!! help me I can't login!!!!!!! (p′︵‵。) ˋ︿ˊ
