Dictaphone (Automatic Voice Recorder) is an easy to use and free app that helps you to record, organize and store your audio files in a beautiful and intuitive user interface. Automatic silence detection helps you to skip silence intervals and to reduce the size of audio files. Automatic Dropbox or Google Drive synchronization ensures that once recorded, you files are uploaded to the cloud automatically.
Always be prepared to record a long meeting, speech, personal note, night snoring or your friend’s karaoke solo :)

Don't buy the premium version. I bought the premium version for its auto-sync feature. It doesn't work. It just creates 0-byte files in my Google Drive. Wish I could get a refund.

So far so good easy operation all good so far thanks although I would like to be able to save recordings under a personalised tital as apposed to default time date and length of recording as I'm able to in my other record apps please thankyou also a floating widget would be useful for quick access

Love this app. Even though sometimes the quality isn't always great, it is a very useful app which has helped me record conversations in order to recall what was said, as I have memory problems. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP.

First of all the silent pauses works well with music but does not allow for natural pauses in speach. I suggest allowing 1/2 a second timer before the recording break. Second, I am reluctant to upgrade as I can not see any mechanism for allowing me to save to a specific folder in Google Drive.

App in itself has prospects..... But why will anyone in their right mind give you permission to view, use their personal online account. Set it save on phone or SD and you might be onto something. Asking for private drives, says to me... NOT trustworthy.

Hard to get files off. Best way is to connect to computer and search for voicex. Ads are annoying, but free is free. The remove silence feature clips everything together too much making things hard to understand, sine adjustability would be nice. I am keeping it for now.

Everything is fine.Smooth running but sound is littles lower.It is awful to load everything on SD card as files do join our song list of music players.There should be an option of PREVIEW/SAVE /CANCEL which would be very useful for Instrumental learners.I'd give you more than 5 *rs.The app will be superb & extraordinary one.Better if you introduce the post saving {SAVE - Preview - CANCEL} like that in "Rev Audio &Voice Recorder" session for files.Thanks...Till then good-bye !!

The only reason I downloaded this app was for the silence-removal feature which, as it turns out, removes chunks of speech too, rendering the final recoding a garbled, unintelligent mess. I have uninstalled this app and returned to using the plain old pre-installed voice recorder.
