Shipment took so much time. They must send conformation also by SMS or emails if consignee can't reach thru calls. Tracking system also is a bit disappointing.

In the same city and takes more than one week and not recived yet, despite the full address on it.

Not so good application, it should link packages automatically to my account by mobile number instead of entering tracking number each time Also notification should be sent by sms instead of phone calls from numbers marked as spams

I pasted the tracking no. But it said is invalid!!!

يعني هسه من جدكم يوم الجمعة و السبت ما تشتغلون شو من غباء هذا . يعني تعطلون مصالح الناس 48 ساعة.

الطرود تضيع ولا تكلمهم يقولون في الجمارك وكل مره تكلم يعطونك عذر جديد

الشحنة موجودة في المستودع لها 6 ايام وغيري اسبوعين وثلاثة ولا تم تسليمها

تطبيق اقل مايقال عنه انه تطبيق غبي.

it's a good app but too many no updates for tracking. Shipment delivered but not updated in the app even on the website same problem. needs improvement

I want to report an error and have a suggestion. (The error) there's an error in "current location" field it just shows the first transit location after shipping. (The suggestion) you should add the ability to add a label name to each shipment within the software, it's confusing to deal only with tracking no.s among multiple shipments.

Once the package arrives in Saudi, no further updates shows for the tracking of the package. All packages I received is still pending even though I received them 2 or 3 weeks ago. Therefore, to track the package after passing custom clearance, I better use FedEx app. And sometimes which is much worse, the tracking only shows the first location -city and country- where the package was released, but no further updates after that while the package is already in my hand.
