Sliding SMS (CM Messaging)

I know this is a beta app. So far it's a really good app. Just want to see where the developer takes it. Overall give it a try! I'm very impressed for now. So many apps get it wrong. This one seems to be almost perfect. Let's support the devoloper and see what he does. Remember though BETA app!

I can't receive MMS messages within this app. Everything else is perfect from colors, to fonts, to ease of use, and the fastness. When can the mms issue be resolved?? UPDATE: had to uninstall... the MMS and group texting was unbearable that I wasn't getting texts from my boss and co-workers. PLEASE FIX SO I CAN USE AGAIN!!!!

Awesome and slick app. Having that same issue of texts sending multiple times that needs fixing. Also would be nice if you can add the floating pop up chat bubble similar to Facebook.

Awesome but one more thing, I would like the option to decide whether or not it vibrates while I'm in the thread. Sometimes I have my phone on vibrate and I don't exit the thread which causes it to not vibrate and I never know I received a message.

I love this app. I only have one problem. Sometimes I receive text messages from the same line but has 2 separate conversation. Its weird and am honestly annoyed by it. Can you please fix this?

My messages split into many threads. And when i create message on pop up reply, the whole thing I type disappears when i recieve another new message . I hope it'll be fixed. I do love this app.

I receive all MMS messages, but most are unable to be read. They will show up like a picture and have no content. I can't see or reply to them. With a fix, this app is easily five stars.

It has A LOT of bugs!!! Crashes often, takes me to my stock app from my spring board, doesn't let me edit contacts from the app, it crashes when I reply from the pop up, doesn't let me to search for a contact. Really nice ui tho

Message composition is limited to 10 lines only after then the composition bar disappears. Plz fix this bug otherwise 5 stars. Also try to add iPhone style emoticons. Also add option to schedule msg.

Really like this app, but I'm having some issues: Can't send MMS, and I've also been receiving Android provisioning messages constantly. Also, when attaching pictures, they show up sideways. If these issues can be fixed, it'd be great! Thanks!

Doesn't work to well for me. Might be a Sprint issue, but the app sends up to 10 repetitive messages. Doesn't happen with other messaging apps.

I love this app UI & customization, but why a lot of developers don't make pop up windows on demand? Please stop using auto pop up. Please let it shows only when we tap on notification. Look at Textra for example.

Probably my favorite app so far. Knocked off a star because the quality when sending pictures is horrible. Other apps seem to compress with much better results. Maybe add the ability to set max image size and compress to that would help.

This is my favorite messaging app. But unfortunately not compatible with 5.1 android version :'( #sadlife

Constantly crashes. Please include pop up only when tapped from notification curtain. This way it doesn't bother you constantly but you can pull down and reply without leaving app

Since I updated to Lollipop the app won't stop crashing. I really want to continue using this app, so please fix this.

I love the customization options. The only probably I'm having, is the SMS pop up shows old text messages with the new text. So I have to hit close to make the new one show up. So it can be confusing.

.. But dear dev, PLEASE give us an option to have a shorter vibrate time for batter saving purposes. ALSO, please give the option to reorganize the quick reply buttons in the notification bar. ANOTHER, please fix this bug, the breathing notification sometimes vanishes randomly. LASTLY, please make inputting emoji more intuitive and easy. I'm using a S3. THANKS by the way! EXCELLENT APP BY A STUDENT. Amazing! If only I could donate but I can't cause I'm also a student.

The app isn't force closing anymore when I send picture messages. Must have been something on my end. The app is working fine. Every now and then when I view a thread, it would be blank and I would have to go back to the contact list and view the thread again. It's just s minor glitch though. It doesn't hinder the experience. The app is great.

MMS is still compressing the images way too much. If I send a large picture to myself with the regular stock app, it doesn't compress at all. Even if the picture is 1920x1200. In this app, even with the new "Large MMS" option checked, the image is still received compressed at 640x400. As soon as this is fixed, this will be my new SMS app for a long time to come. 5 stars then. Maybe integrate the MMS settings from 8sms? EDIT: All is well. Great app :)

Why it will automaticaly send if i use my enter in keyboard? Is there an options when it will not automatically send? But in quick reply it will not send automatically. I keep using enter in my txt. Pls put an options if it will automatically send or not. And by the way pls beautify your quick reply. Make it formal and good looking. Other than that the app rocks. I like it. Im expecting an answer thanks

I love everything about this texting app it's been my default for a couple months now. I just have one problem with it, sometimes when I get notifications while I'm in other apps the text notification will clear itself sometimes I may not even get a notification and I'll hav to check myself if I got any new texts. Other than that its perfect

Was a great app until Android's Lollipop update. Now it says, "Messaging has stopped working" and shuts down every time I receive a message. UPDATE: does not work at all after newest update

This app has great potential! Very customization savy. One issue I've come across is saving pics that have come in slide shows from another user. Currently, there is no way to save those pics.

It's a great looking app and I love how it works. The customization is great. I just wish it has an option to change the LED color.

Perfect except for one thing. The enter key sends the message instead of going to the next line. UPDATE: problem solved with newer version. Excellent! Donated.

Downloaded and donated; So I've noticed that when saving an image, it becomes noisy, and ruins the picture but this issue doesn't happen with any other SMS apps I've downloaded

If you like Hangouts for texting, but hate the lack of customization, this app is for you. My favorite SMS app. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My sole complaint is the inability to receive MMS.. from reading reviews this also seems to plague the paid version. Such a shame.

Why is this not more popular? It is easily the best SMS app on the store in my opinion. If you want something without any BS, get this. While other apps rip off iOS or implement silly gimmicks, this does basic SMS perfectly.

Every message sent is an error even if the app is open or sent from widget Smileyse turn up as blocks

Please fix it. We are still waiting for your next update...I'll still use this app but please fix it specially when sending a text message. Sometimes it automatically double send. I really love this app. Please fix. Thanks

This app is the best looking SMS app out there. However there are a few issues that need fixing. It has problems with my APN and therefore MMS does not work. This is a major issue. Animated gifs here would be nice as well. Textra can do it so I have faith in you. Keep up the good work.

This apps is great but 1 thing is the problem. When i tried to compose a new message i found out the cotacts option is nowhere to find. So i'd rather go to my contacts first and tap the concern recipient to add his/her mobile #.. Fix it guys

I think that your app is so good for me. But onething I want to ask you to do, is add into your app some background, or add a custom that allows everyone change the background of the app and the conversation, then add some the cute messege box. More, I wonder why you don't let your app shows the different colors for the different senders(just when openningthe app, not in each conversation)? That make users can find and choose the conversation by the easy way! I hope to see this on your app soon. Thanks you!

This app is no longer supported. Go get the updated version called Smitten SMS, which is killer!

Near perfect UI and great customization. The only problem I have is that I simply don't get notifications sometimes. When I do, it's perfect when I use the quick reply. But many times I won't see my texts unless I check. Also my custom vibration pattern only works half the time. If these issues get fixed I will gladly give this app 5 starts. I have a Galaxy S5 running Android 4.4.2. EDIT: People I text receive several repeats of the same message I send. This is unacceptable. Lowered to 2 stars.

Love the customization. HOWEVER, major glitches. Especially in group chats, my reply would literally send to a randomly selected few out of the group and wouldn't even show up on our group thread but make its own new thread to those selected people. Drives everyone nuts! Sometimes when texting individuals, I'll send a reply and they'll say they got it a few times even though I see it as once. And please allow sending of higher res photos. There are various other minor glitches. Using LG G3 D851
