I've been using this app for a few years now. I've dealt with mixes not loading halfway through the playlist, choosing a mix and having a different one start playing because I'm at the end of the mix I selected, multiple crashes, but now it doesn't work at all. No mixes are loading for me on either of my devices. I'm honestly heartbroken, I love this app

Edit: I used the support email and was actually answered and my problem was fixed with the new update! Greatest customer service ever!

After all this time of this app being my favorite reliable source of music to let me relax or anything else,it suddenly stopped allowing me to open any playlists at all,a bug which was apparently fixed for another model of phone-guess it killed it for mine

I emailed the help office and received no assistance, the app randomly decides that it doesn't want to play music anymore and gets stuck in a loop of loadin. It is a problem that was claimed to be fixed yet I see no indication that it was even touched. It's disappointing and frustrating

Cant listen to or see my liked tracks anymore. Streaming still works...but liked tracks are a big part of why i use 8tracks. Wish this would get fixed

I love the app but for some reason the music will stop loading. It looks like it is. This is an off and on problem for me.

it didnt work and i had to uninstall and reinstall it a few times but it's working now

I'm from India and I'm trying to make the songs play they aren't playing at all. Earlier they used to but it isn't happening at all now. Please help out with the bug fix or whatever that has to be so. I want this playing ASAP :) Thanks

It won't work half the time

The fist time I used it, it worked beautifully. But when I tried opening it up again, no music from any playlist would load.

worked for one playlist, but now it wont play anything anymore.

the songs won't play. For a second there i thought i could be happy again.

I love this app and I used it every day for the last few years. But today it looks like the service has been pulled from the UK. I'm going to start looking for a way to byepass it but it doesn't look good. I will miss this amazing app and hope 8tracks change there mind after looseing so many users after this.

Honestly one of my go to apps, however, one problem that's extremely frustrating is the fact that I'm always running into problems when trying to publish a mix. I keep getting a notification that the playlist I created has fewer than 8 tracks, even though it has more than that. I'm not sure why it's doing this. Please fix the app.

I love this app so much, but since a month or two ago the play/pause/skip bar doesn't appear on my notifications like it used to, I have to open the app to pause or change the song... Also I do not like that it fuses playlists that are in different lists. I have a list that is only for chillstep and another one for anime music, but after a few songs it changes from chillstep to anime music without me clicking it. Kinda annoying...

Loved this app, preferred over stock app. Now as of today it wont load songs. Only solution I found was to log out of my account and restart, it worked after that. Located in US.

Very good app, but somewhat bugriddled. As I'm unable to access the in-app support service I'm leaving my questions here. After switching to a new phone (huawei y5) 'gapless' playback simply stopped working for me: the app now pauses after every track. Additionally I'm having some minor issues: I linked my liked tracks to my soundcloud, but it stopped syncing without warning. Last question: is it possible to activate the lock screen function (controls and art) on lollipop?

I used to love this app and would use it a lot but recently it doesn't work for anything. No music plays no matter what playlist you choose and it's really frustrating.

This was supposed to be 8tracks on steroids. Butt, guess it overdosed on it's own medicine. So much potential gone to waste. Please make infinity tracks 'great again'.

I used to LOVE this app, but then it stopped working. It just gives me the blue circle but won't play music. Very disappointed and hope they get it fixed.

I used to be a long time user, but now everything except the actual music track loads up. Now I'm going to have a frustrating time looking for an app that gave me anywhere near as good an experience as Infinitracks. It's really a shame, because I loved this app, but why continue with it when it straight-up stops working?

I've used this app for a few years now. While it features beautiful graphics and superb playlist suggestions, it suffers from many bugs that can become irritating. However, it is still far superior to the app made by the company behind the website (8tracks). The bugs I've experienced include songs not loading, songs showing that they've been playing, only to start over and actually play after a few play/pause button spams, playlists not continuing to the next song/playlist when the screen is off, and occasionally, playlists just refusing to play.

This app is amazing like 99.9% of the time but recently none of the playlists have been playing. It's so weird.

When a song is nearly finished it just skips to the next song, despite the fact it's unfinished.

Has some issues with adding songs from the web to playlists. When u add songs that you dont upload yourself, it cuts the song down to only a few seconds long.

I JUST GOT THE EMAIL THAT 8TRACKS WON'T BE AVAILABLE AFTER FEB 16TH AND I'M DEVASTATED. Will the Infinitracks service still be working? How could this be? :'(

Keeps redirecting to one or two mixes when I've selected some other mix to play. Not just one or twice, but almost every time I try to listen to a mix for the second time. Please fix this bug in the next update

Why would i want to even use this crippled app let alone pay for a feature i can get freely.

Finally an alternative to 8tracks' terrible apps. Say goodbye to crashing, Bluetooth bugs that span YEARS, and an unresponsive and uncaring tram of developers. Recently the app has not enjoyed regular updates and is buggier than usual, dev may not be active anymore.

I now have to babysit the app and hit play for each individual song.

I switched from the normal 8tracks app to this one even with the bugs. To me, this version was simply better. But now that the bugs are fixed completely I can enjoy this app to the fullest ^0^ thank you!!

This is a class app - far better than the native 8tracks app. I would love if there was a way to connect it to sonos ... Hint .... Hint. Overall a great joy to use!

Never disappoints me, the only thing I listen to everyday I don't know what I'd do without it so fast and smooth thank you.
