Smith's

Unresponsive all morning. I give up. Every time I try to search for an item it takes so long to load, and then I receive an "unresponsive script" *notice. Nothing else on my phone is having this problem, this is my first time using the app for grocery(pick up) service and I can't even complete the list.

It's a good app for everyday shopping, but if there is ever any great deals (25 days of Christmas, Free Friday, etc) unless you go on the first day, the store WILL be out. You'd think they would order more if they were going to run these... but nope. Just left the store VERY disappointed, yet again.

My free Friday stopped working rep weeks ago and I did not get a good item. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Not happy. Otherwise, the app is pretty useful in saving $$.

Poorly developed app. List coffee creamer as being in the bakery and frozen vegetables are in produce. Doesn't show sale price or deal details. Only good for free Friday download. Very disappointing.

The only reason I downloaded this app is so I can download the "free friday" coupon. It worked great up until a couple of weeks ago. Something must have changed because the app won't even pull up the free friday download. It advertises it, but when I click on the advertisement or try to search for the item, it says it doesn't exist. It's done this the past two Fridays. SUPER FRUSTRATING!!

Made my entire day!!! I was so excited to find out about this app. I have been telling everyone.about it. The very best thing about this pp is you can create shopping lists and it tells you where it is located within the store you shop at!!! This is the most ingenious thing ever!!!!! And it tells you a subtotal of everything you are getting! I am so excited to use this app!

It has grown incredibly slow and glitchy. It constantly times out. It is very frustrating, and has gone from difficult to impossible to use.

Free Friday download isn't working anymore. It shows up on home screen, but isn't there when you tap it. It was the best thing about this app ????

I like the app. However I am having problems with my Kroger card. It is a Fry's VIP card from Tucson AZ. I want to transfer my prescriptions to Smith's.

Sync your shopping list with your coupon list in this app. Please! Items entered into my shopping list should be able to check the coupon list for matching coupons. ·Steps I Do Now· [1] I compare items/prices & make a shopping list in the "my list" search engine. [2] Search already searched items one at a time in "my coupons" a separate search engine if there's a coupon. [3] Then load each one to my Smith's rewards card.

I am not getting my free downloads on Friday ever since the update please fix

The free friday download is not showing up in the app. Please fix it.

Try to make my list. I tell the app to search for my item to make my shopping list and the app tells me that the item can't be found. Which in fact, I know Smith's has the product I am searching for .

Can't create an account every time I enter a password it just says invalid no matter what password I use. All it says is invalid we'll this app is invalid!

Takes way too long to browse through all the digital coupons, then you have to save them in order to use them. Big waste of time

Hassle to use...too many times I have to Uninstall then add back in for no reason.

This app is a lifesaver!!! The ease and convenience for anyone currently using a Smith's card is phenomenal! I have more time for my family and my mood has improved greatly. Thank you!!

I used to love this app, what happened to it? I went on to load my coupons today and every single time I click the coupon and it loads it it moves me back to the top of the list, making it pretty impossible to load coupons because I have to scroll all the way back down through hundreds of coupons after I load one to the card. Ridiculous please fix this

The apps functionality works great. I like how easy it is to find digital coupons and add them to your card. What I think is ridiculous is that depending on when you got your fresh values cards you may have better or worse coupons then others.

Really bummes me out that they got rid of the click list option from the mobile app at my store. This makes things so much harder.

This is a good idea i like the smiths store the best. We only have safeway as the only other store in bullhead city in az.

I miss many needed special because I am a senior citizen who is on limited income need all discounts I can get

Useless. Can't add items (like water softener salt) that are DEFINITELY at my local store but not known to this app. Do they really expect me to keep two separate lists? They should keep a record of unmatched items, and either get those items at the store or fix their inventory data on this app.

The list is now confusing without checked boxes. Its also counter intuitive when the right side indicates delete but swiping left deletes. Pure stupidity. The person responsible for those changes should be fired.

I think it's good convene reasonable prices I think you're a reasonable and sent very locations locate

I love the ease of browsing, clipping coupons, making my list in one place. The only downside is, you can only have so many coupons. Once your at their limit, that's it. You have to delete something to add something n that's a bummer!

like the store, but not the app - out of days sales items and after the most recent update, weekly ads don't even appear. need to fix asap
