The Student Oklahoma Education Association (SOEA) is one of the largest pre-professional organizations in the State of Oklahoma. SOEA is the student group of the Oklahoma Education Association (OEA) an affiliate of the larger National Education Association (NEA), the largest education association in the nation. United we have over 3.2 million members!
