It took 2 contacts over 2 weeks to actually get someone to call me back. He seems like he may be a great option but he wasn't even sure how he got on the list. The "professionals" have Not been vetted in any way which is a BIG Concern. I am much happier and comfotable using Angies List or Home Advisor. I Will not use this site again, nor would I advise it to anyone else!

App sends a text to every contractor they can find in the area asking for money for a lead. Don't know who they are recommending and don't care. Just want to get paid for leads by as many contractors as possible. After you block their number from texting you, they start texting from a different number. Total scam Texted twice today from 2 different numbers , here are how they reach out to contractors" Are you available to help Michael with home inspection in Moore. You have 1st priority. Reply 1 if interested, 3 if not"

Very disappointed when using this app , and they find a local contractors that are not very professional in service. Jobs was done very lousy and messy . Don't know how to paint on trims leave messy paint to walls while do the work on trimming and baseboard will never use this app again if I ever needed to get any project done . I was thinking to put laminate woods on to my living room, but since this painting job not very happy, and they are not cheap to believe me. You rather go search on Google and you will find quality people get the jobs done for you. I would rather not rate this app to no star at all in stead of rated 1star.

Takes too long to get a response since you go through a concierge service. Then when you want to chat with businesses you don't get a call you have to wait again for some intermediary.

It's very good for finding contractors to get bids from. Vetting the contractors is a must regardless of what source the lead comes from. I ask for 5 phone numbers of people who they have actually worked for referrals.

No one replied. Because my real name is MerryChristmas Claus, people think it is a joke asked support for help and they ignored me too.

I also found this app by accident, but glad I did. I found an excellent electrical contractor, & they did a great job. I'll use this resource/app again for my home project needs, & repairs.

I like being able to get estimates from different companies. The chat options are a little confusing.

Found this app to be helpful; especially when I didn't know who to trust for repairs. However, I also found the chat confusing.

Too many messages..i don't like giving my phone number out because of too many people callin g and texting. I wish they only used email. Also they take a long time to find a contractor. App is very complicated & confusing, should just keep "pro" contacting users only on app instead of phone number

The application is difficult to use when sending/receiving messages. I am not sure the contractors understand the application themselves.

Can't do anything without it kicking me out, couldn't even click on rate this app without it kicking me out.

Difficult to manipulate and it will not let you have the number of the contactor. Contractor even complained that the app is not user friendly.

I came across Smith accidentally and was very happy with results. I received quotes quickly, easily contacted pro's and was happy with the results. Would recommend!!

App sucks, just a service that charges contractors for your contact info. The yellow pages works just as well

The app enabled me to find several reputable companies to choose from. Prior to the app, I was struggling to find companies to help with my project. Highly recommend the app.

So far this app is quite convenient for getting multiple bids on home improvement projects.

Apps now quits every time i open it. Reinstalled....still dont work. App doesnt work most of the time. Rarely can reach reach support when clicking in that tab. Unable to open or view reviews on contractors when you tap the link.
