Mothers at paediatricians find it very difficult to wait for long. Apart from the uncomfortable wait, there is always the risk of infection from other infants and surroundings. Using sminq, Mrs. Mitra could join the queue from her home & keep live track of the queue progress. Doctor's receptionist do cheat or cancel appointment booked for people they know or have good relationship. Sminq can't track this. It does not have tracking as who cancelled the appointment. Very basic app where people managing queue do cheat & app does not have any control over it.

There should be one option like favorite doctor means if i set favourite doctor then it should show top instead of search every time.
