The idea behind itself is awesome!!!.... but, I TOTALLY DON'T agree with the permissions!!!... like the total control SD one!!!... some of my personal apps got deleted because of your app!!! :(
Needs more options, like the ability to look at scores based on the date range I want (quarter to date for example) not just the last 60 days.
It doesn't update on a regular enough basis. You have to go onto the full website if you want exact up to date information; it also doesn't give you notifications.
I can't access it even though put in right username and password
Great for checking what the customers are saying on voc.

The app does excatly what is expected, it bits too many people blaming the system vs grading the App
The app itself is a great idea but the way they collect data and give us feed back needs to be changed

I have the same issues as others. I get a good score and it goes up incrementally but when I get a bad one that drops a good deal. Another issue is that I watch someone put in a great survey and it won't show up. Something is definitely wrong with this
It doesn't matter how many good surveys done, few bad ones can bring down total score tremendously. Some surveys goes missing despite the guest done it in front of me. Not accurate and not the right tool to measure service level as it should take all and evaluate from there. Not pick n choose from many.
Thank you for bring back quick score. Quick score is more convenient if it can view in one screen or page rather than we scroll left and right. Cause easy for share to screen shot. Appreciate your consideration. ..
I miss being able to see the daily calls when I login to much filtering. I like the old quick scores better.
Fantastic way to track my customers thoughts and feelings about my store and associates, I highly recommend this app to all business leaders.
Hasn't updated for 10 days. Despite seeing customers fill in a survey right in front of me.
Needs current month-to-date numbers screen. Maybe with a comparison to the previous month.
I couldn't get it installed again on my new Android or my new I pad. ugh
Easy to use and love it helps with knowing what my customers think at all times even from home.

I like the new look and all but the ap is only half as useful without being able to see this periods scores. I use it to see new comments and check scores. 3 months of scores are useless to me. Update: Finally got the new version. Really like the Quickscores (click on Customer Experience Measure link for them). Just found the current period Quickscores (scroll down). Love the ap again.
You can not see quickscores anymore. I still have to login to the full site. Funny how an organization that is based on customer surveys does not respond appropriately to the requests of its own customers.

I can't log in anymore and I don't know why. It keeps saying login failed but I've entered the correct details,iv even checked with my work and the details are CORRECT but the app is telling me I can't log in! I use this for work or I did. Iv tried uninstalling it and forcing stop but nothing works. It's stupid as Iv been using it for 2 years now maybe longer. So disappointed with this app now maybe the developers can help me PLEASE. My username and password have not changed and have been entered correctly just as they have been for the past 2years plus but it's telling me log in failed why? It happened last week the app just there me out while I was using it then I had to enter my details which I normally have the remember me box ticked but since then nothing it's ridiculous please help me I need this app for work. I will review if this issue is fixed.
