This used to work (took a while to load but worked) now it throws a java error message every time... Email has been re setup & confirmed many times. Fails no matter what I do. Another issue is the app does not recognize any messages sent after 2016-03-24... Is this app supported at all anymore?

The app starts "Loading the message history" even before the user accepts the EULA! Also, I've left it at that point for over 12 hours but it didn't finish. I tried it both ways, by starting it directly, and by exporting from Viber to this app. In both cases it behaves the same. The end result: it doesn't work.

Not particularly useful. It only backups the messages, but it can not restore them to a new device or after a format of the phone. It only allows to backup to a specific location and not to the external SD card. If it can not restore message history, then it does half the job.

It back up some old conversation I don't even have it any more. Use to work on my old phone until I had to reinstall it. Now doesn't work even on my new phone Galaxy S7. Uninstaling it until they fix it.

The app is very slow. It takes about 45 min. to export data for 3 months, about 1.2 mb as HTML fail format after the export. The test was made over active wi-fi on GSmart Sierra S1 (quadcore with 1 GB RAM). Other serious problem is that the export file was not start from the beginning of the Viber history, but at some random point. The export file was not end with the end of Viber history but at some random point. That all was with sorted history before the output was created. Just don't work.

It does what it says but links are horribly disfigured (and practically unusable) in all formats (txt, html etc.). You should update the app when viber changes the format of how stuff is being stored.
