「My Cloudモバイルアクセス」は、2015年6月30日13時をもってサービス終了となります。
引き続きサービス利用する場合は「My Cloud プレイ」を導入してください。

「My Cloud モバイルアクセス」では、自宅のパソコンにある写真を、帰省先や外出先でも楽しむことが可能です。お手元のモバイル端末から自宅のパソコンにかんたんにアクセスし、写真・ドキュメントをいつでもどこでも見ることができます。
また、モバイル端末をHDMIで大画面TVに接続すれば、帰省先でもみんなで楽しめます。さらに、「My Cloud モバイルアクセス」で撮影した写真は自動で自宅のパソコンに保存することもできます。
※「My Cloud モバイルアクセス」を使用するためには本アプリケーションをモバイル端末にインストールし、「My Cloud モバイルアクセス設定Utility」を搭載した富士通製のパソコンを自宅に設置してください。

[パソコンに保存された音楽を再生する機能に関して]
◇音楽機能は期間限定のβ版サービスです
・パソコンに保存されている音声ファイルのモバイル端末での再生と受信、および、モバイル端末で録音、保存した音声ファイルのパソコンへの送信機能は、正式サービスが開始されるまでの期間限定サービスです。サービスは予告なく終了される場合がありますのでご了承ください。

[パソコンに保存されたビデオを再生する機能に関して]
◇ビデオ機能は期間限定のβ版サービスです
・パソコンに保存されているビデオファイルのモバイル端末での再生と受信、および、モバイル端末で撮影、保存されたビデオファイルのパソコンへの送信機能は、正式サービスが開始されるまでの期間限定サービスです。サービスは予告なく終了される場合がありますのでご了承ください。

※Android2.3およびAndroid4.0以降のスマートフォンが対象になります。

[リモート起動]
・リモート起動を行う場合にはパソコンを有線LANで接続する必要があります。また、お客様のネットワーク環境によっては動作しない場合があります。

[留意事項]
・パソコンとモバイル端末の「簡単ペアリング」に失敗する場合、パソコンとモバイル端末が同一ネットワークに接続されているか確認してください。
・「ペアリング」の情報は「My Cloud モバイルアクセス設定Utility」上にある「ペアリング解除」ボタンを押すことで削除できます。
・My Cloud モバイルアクセスで対応している音声フォーマットは、MP3, LPCM, AACです。
・コンテンツ保護機能により保護された音声、ビデオファイルは「My Cloud モバイルアクセス」のリストに表示されません。
・本サービスでは音声、ビデオデータをパソコンから受信しながら、同時にモバイルで再生するストリーミング方式をとっています。そのため、パソコンが接続されているご自宅のネットワーク環境、モバイル側の3G回線およびWi-Fiの通信状況によっては、映像や音声が途切れたり、つながりにくくなったりする場合があります。
・My Cloud モバイルアクセスで対応しているドキュメントフォーマットは、DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, RTF, PDF, TXT, CSVです。
・本サービスではドキュメントをモバイル端末で閲覧する際に、Google ドキュメント ビューア、またはOSで設定されたビューアを使用します。（Google ドキュメント ビューアの利用規約をご確認ください。）
　ドキュメントファイルを保存する際に指定された文字コードとの組み合わせによっては、正しく閲覧できない場合があります。
・My Cloud モバイルアクセスで対応しているビデオフォーマットは、AVI、WMV、MPEG4、MOV、3GP です。ファイルに使用されているビデオコーデックとオーディオコーデックの組合せによっては再生できない場合があります。
・ビデオデータをパソコンから受信しながらストリーミング再生する機能は、Android 4.0 以上で対応しています。
・リモート起動を連続して行う場合、5分以上の間隔が必要です。
・リモート起動はパソコンがスリープ、休止状態になっている際に動作します。またクイックスタート、ハイブリッドスタートをサポートするパソコンはその機能でも動作します。
