Mercury Digital Print Edition

Given this app is the main way to access news from the Mercury once you are on a paid subscription it leaves a lot to be desired. The user interface and experience is very poor.

This app is totally useless. I paid money for my subscription and cant even access the editions. Doesn't allow my legit credentials. Sucks. And cant even get out of contract.

Do not like this app. Having real problems with it. You say you are fixing it - WHEN??

This app is dreadful. Will not let me log in despite using correct log in details. Only way i can read paper is via internett which is not easy. Have no issues with other news Apps. Will be cancelling my subscription with the mecury

Is anybody out there? Please fix this thoroughly disappointing app. Using the web site for the digital edition is just too cumbersome and slow. Garbage. Tells me access details are incorrect, but I can happily access the web site with the same details. No good to me this way, so may as well cancel my subscription.

Have been trying for 2 weeks to get this to open properly. Very frustrating. Not impressed.

I hate to give apps a bad review, but this is dreadful, I have 5 minutes ago started the free trial but the app does not recognise my user name and password, it works on the website but that is awkward and it works on third part news reading apps. After more testing it only logs into 1out of 5 third party apps. Utterly unusable a makes me ashamed to be Tasmanian just like everything here. Average and unless it's a tree or 150 years old building. Nothing will change to make the app better. Edit. I want to get the 12 months sub when my trial finishes but can't log in to the app on any device, so it's pointless

Repeatedly asks to log in, won't download most of the time. Utterly useless until fixed, regret going for the digital subscription. Latest update now refuses login with "session expired" message instead

Doesn't work for me on Samsung Galaxy. Error message "session expired" as soon as I try to use it after logging on.

Update : Now it wants me to login every time I start it. It used to remember me on the one device I use it on. Now it's asking me to login every time I go back to the home page. Really!

Wont work after first use....waste of money buying a digital subscription!!!!

I subscribed so I could read the paper on my phone but this app is useless. Worst app ever! Just canceled my suscription today dispite the Newscorp call center trying their best to get me to stay. Fix your app.

Just signed up and cant get the app to open although says 100%

Works well the first time on my S7. Next time you try and use it has logged you out and every subsequent attention login causes the application to crash. Uninstall reinstall doesn't fix the issue.

The app fails after the second use and needs reinstalling. Very frustrating. This shouldn't happen with a subscription.

OK when it's working but requires re-installation on my Galaxy TabS 10.5 to log in! It overrides the tablet's screen rotation setting and rotates when you don't want it to. That means you can't read it if you want to when lying down on your side. You can't do the sudoku or crossword either unless you print them first.

Won't start at all on my Nexus tablet. So much for buying a digital subscription
