After the last update all of our unassigned work orders vanished. Now when the app is opened it doesn't show or have the option to look at projects that need to be completed that your fellow facility staff put into system. That is one of the most important functions of this app and it no longer exists.

It works well buy It would be nice to have inventory linked to the work order. The app is used when you in the field working, I would like to have my staff fully close out the order parts included. The way I understand it is that you will need to use the web site to add parts.

The app doesn't recognize non-email address for usernames. I've changed it online and sign-in with no problems, however can't use this app to connect. May reevaluate if that's resolved.

Should be able to view and fill in forms attached to work orders on the app. Instead of having to use Web browser to do this ... I almost never use the app anymore because it's pointless when I still need to use the web

Has potential...but why can't you see "action taken" in finished work? Also you can't attach equipment to completed work order or issue labour or parts...

I can't seem to get the app to allow requesters to submit new work orders. I don't really want to label them all as techs or supervisors to have them be able to enter work orders off their phones.

Less crashes in hard use today. When closing an an assigned work order I'd like it to automatically assign me along the way. Leaves me logged in now, excellent.

It does not have the full function of the dude at work, why is that?

It would be nice if you could enter your time similar to the web browser. It's almost impossible to retroactively complete a work order. Also you cannot mark a work order as closed. Just put a drop down menu in with all the options such as closed, in progress, parts on order etc.
