SmartFit - Wristband

If I could give this even less than one star, I would. I'm so upset with this. My daughter bought this excitedly with her own money. For the cost, I didn't expect it to be as good as FitBit, but it won't sync so the time has been incorrect, and now she doesn't even wear it. It's a shame. I'm very, very angry.

Right now, I am not satisfied AT ALL. If someone could tell me how make this connect, so I could use the product, that would be most helpful. I'm willing to accept assistance before sending back for refund. I purchased two SmartFit bands. The app appears to be nice, I can't report on functionality, since the band won't connect properly.

I just rated this 3 stars cause i need help im not sure how to see my sleep. Is this a bug or something wrong with my fit bit. If i get help within 3 weeks ill consider keeping the app if not, ill delete tell all my friends to beware from this app so please help me.

The only thing that works is the time. I can't input data to track anything. It keeps telling me to connect wristband, but it's already connected!

This app is junk! My phone says the watch is connected but I cant do anything, not even put in my daughters name cuz it's says to connect....I will be calling justice tomorrow!!

I bought my daughter a fitness watch from Justice which uses this app to track and connect to. The watch worked great, but the app was quite frustrating. We only got the watch to connect twice on the first day. After that, we couldn't get it to connect at all. We tried downloading it to different devices and reinstalling it and it just wouldn't connect. We decided to just return the watch to Justice and get a different kids fitness watch.

App itself is fine. But only connected once. Can't sync anymore. Making the app quite useless. My daughter is disappointed therefore I'm disappointed. Returning it.

The product stats that this is also available on the app store for Apple as my daughter has an iPad but its not there. Syncing the watch to my phone was a nightmare and a half..it took 30 minutes to get it to link together with the instructions that came with the watch just to be able to put in my daughters info and set up anything like an alarm on it which is the reason I purchased the item. The instructions and the app itself was not user friendly and kids would.certainly not be able to set this up on their own

I think that the smartfit app for the smart fit band is wonderful but I think that there is one bug that they could fix I think that if they made it easier to connect it to your wristband it would be a lot better and it would be more reassuring app so if you could please do that and updated to that I would love that and thank you for making this wonderful app

Terrible app. Connects to the watch, but won't sync any data or allow changes to the user profile.

I hate it i have one from my uncle and it wont even sync ive tried everything im deleting it and im just going to use it with no sync it only synced once i hate it

Phone says connected. Doing anything in app says connect the wristband? Version on app says 1.0 not sure why 3.6 is not available. I bought wristband on 8-26-17 still won't work 8-28-17

It is terrible it will not sync with my phone. I have followed the directions and still nothing. I can't even get the time!!!!

This is the worst app I have ever downloaded. It is also the most uncommunicative app I have ever tried to use.

Wouldn't even pair once with the watch. The watch would glitch when the countdown began.

It is a really nice app but when it says connect to Bluetooth just turn on your watch that will help a lot it works great for me

Every time I try to connect my watch it says connected and Bluetooth soaks for 1 second and the disconnects super mad and frustrated

Awsome!people!,it's not supposed to stay connected,it's supposed to connect periodically to update how many steps you have! everything else gets saved to the watch.

It does not connect it says connect and has the Bluetooth sign on the smart fit but does not do it

I can not get this thing to connect to the app and stay connect. Garbage!

How sad, what a let down for an excited child to have a device that will not connect to its supportive app

Omg! So, I got my self an justice watch and I'm been trying to connect the watch but.. IT KEEPS ON DISCONNECTING

Each time i connect it works within 2 seconds! I think it could have a few improvements but over all it is ????!

I wich that I could replace the 1 with a -100 I bought a $30 wristband and surprise it does not work I want my $30 back????

I love it ...and the watch from justice people are wrong I can reconnect when ever I want and I have the Samsung galaxy amp2 the only thing that I don't like is whenever you take the watch and leave the phone it disconnects but thata just Bluetooth has nothing to do with the app....i think

Love it is so cool the app works great don't understand why everyone say it dusent work?

I have tried to connect to two different phones. Nothing. I just want to adjust the time!

Its perfect just a little bug with the connectig but it is really cool.
