SmartStyle Hair Salons – Online Check-in

Useless to me. I went to the local SmartStyle (at the Wal-Mart right next door to my house) because the app said zero minute wait. I got there and was told it would be an hour because the one person working there was doing a cut and color. She said come back in about an hour. An hour and a half later I checked the app, again. It again said zero minute wait. I went to the site and it was shuttered! I mean it. Shuttered. Closed. Nobody there. The "garage door" thing was down and the shop was closed. This is at the Millington, TN Wal-Mart at 2PM 8/7/2017. This app may be useful for Regis to track customers but it is useless to the customer seeking service. I am uninstalling it.

App is useless. It said the wait time was 10 minutes. I get there 5 minutes later and she tells me the earliest she can get me in is Friday. It's Wednesday. Utterly worthless app.

I LOVE this app it helps me to get signed in early before I leav e my house It shows me if my hairstylist is working and the times that are available. The app works great

It needs to be for actual appointments or at least begin accepting appointments in the salon. I hate waiting in line 2-3 hours for my stylist.

Don't bother. Checked in wad told by the app it would be 15 minutes. Lady working informs me it is going to be a hour because they don't put the call ins into computer.

Easy to see if my stylist is working and other stores that are open with immediate opening

We need services to be added and appointment booking would be nice.1868

Perfect app! I like my hair to be cut by one person. The app let's my see if my preferred person is available.

Chemical service need to be more detailed especially to new clients.

The app is now up and running fully now ladies and gentlemen. My wife is a stylist for smartstyles the ladies there will get you in. But like with any new app there is always going to be a few bugs just give them some time they will get it all worked out

I'm a stylist at one of the Smartstyles in Ft Wayne Indiana and our close time is incorrect. I feel with this error it will make a lot of our customers mad. Can we please fix the time for salon number 15045?

I'm excited as a stylist for SmartStyle to see how much time this app will save us. I was wondering, however, if there could be added a way for stylists to sign in to see who all is checking in for them when we are on lunch or if we aren't at work yet.

I see stylists asking about hours of operation. There DL must contact home office to update it. Hope it helps. With all new things there are glitches. Its an awsome work in progress.

The reason people were having trouble was because the app didnt actually launch until 7/6 so now it is in full effect you can check in and set appointments!

My sign-in didn't show up at the salon however the girls knew I was coming because something on the computer told them and they made a note of it and we're ready for me when I got there what great service

Does not give you the option for perms/relaxers or just a style. I'm excited to see how this help us in the salon.

Works how it says. Easy for the salons. Less interruptions during hair cuts.

Hours of operation are incorrect for salon 1845 in Jennings, La. I'm a stylist and will be happy to help correct this issue.

It will not let me check in at the salon I go to. My hairdresser told me to use the app. Waste of time.

I'm a stylist at Smartstyle and this app is one of the best changes for us. Its convenient for everyone & helps us focus on the guest in our chair.

I personally like this app. My clients are able to get an appt. W/ me at their convience. It also lets me see what my day will be like. Love love love it.

As a hairstylist I think this app will allow for remarkable timings for clients to that need to fit in a cut or color in to there busy schedules

Why is there not a place to put email addresses

Outside of a few hiccups it works great

Makes checking in easy and great for stylist to give more attention to guest in chair.

Great app to check availability and get me on the list at my nearest salon.

I would like to have all options added for services perms styling etc.
