Useless app. When I try to log in using company account it takes me to web page offering me to download app or use mobile web version (which is terrible).

They still haven't fixed the phone number and address problem. Also the calender is not working, to access what file you click on.

Great tool to collaborate with the team on a while set of action able priorities. Very easy to use. Up and running in. No time.

Love it

The most basic project management functions are not available on a mobile platform. Can't even update the date of a project task when on a mobile device in the field. Would have to do all the updating from memory on my desktop PC. What's the point of a mobile app? Was led to believe this update was going to occur. It did not. Now shopping for a more effective app.

This program help me to follow up my jobs.

Am excited with the app as I get use to its features and functionalities. It keeps me in check on my to-do-list. I love it and I recommend it for very busy people like me and even less busy people.

Update: Issue was resolved and now app is back to its former greatness and more. App was working great. Now I can no longer log in. Hope it gets fixed soon. Critical for my job.

Great app for staying track!

Allows you to view and edit sheets, but missing a lot of the functionality of the website. Unfortunately a phone screen is too small for viewing a Gantt chart! Instead of trying to make this a replacement for the website, why not make it complementary -- focus on what apps do well. For example, the web site allows you to send e-mails but it ought to allow you to pop up a notification in the app. I don't really want to see the entire project in the app; at first I thought there was no way to filter, but I discovered there is, but only in list and grid view. So I'm bumping my rating from 3 to 4.

Hated all the SPAM email. They just didn't stop, nor does the unsubscribe link seem too work. The bad experience with the email put me off completely.

This app is great for a small team that needs to communicate but doesn't have everyone in one location. I am using the team version. Easy to use. I love the features: reminders, attachments, assigned task etc. Loved that they have many templates you can use so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Simple and effective. I use it for my project teams and it has helped us out tremendously. So easy to organize and to make KPIs. Because of the simple spreadsheet interface, user adoption is smooth, painless, and fast.

doesnt offer any sheets needed to do anything you need tried searching gives me nothing complete waste of time

Seems good, need more enhancement

We just switched from another project management application to SmartSheet at work. I already feel more organized and connected to my team and the tasks we need to work. This app makes it easy to create your own timelines and I LOVE that important dates can be synced to my office calendar. Very very useful...like having a personal assistant

It's hard to find an option to upgrade. Need an upgrade since there is too many limitations.

Best productivity app I have seen in a while. Great for making updates checking data on the go.

I trusted this app. After storing all the data to the app. Now the app is not opening.

My company federated our smartsheets login with office 365, so when we log in on a pc, we choose the "work account" login option. The app only supports Google auth. There is no way for us to log in, so the app is completely unusable.

This would be great if it worked better for the Android app like for example you can't move one line from one sheet to another sheet what's really annoying
