Hard to really rate an app that does not work. Drop off address constantly in error....address chosen from the built in drop down but it is "Not found".

Making a booking takes a very long time. And there is no way to save favorite addresses such as home and office

Awful. Will now neither log in nor reregister, with message claiming no internet when all other apps do connect.

Almost unusable, it tries to force me to select an address instead of entering one. I'll rather use uber

I get so frustrated when I need to know the PRECISE address of the destination I am trying to get to, which means I spend more time trying to find the address on Google than I could either using Uber or calling the operator. Please fix if you want to compete with your competition.

Useless. Loaded ok and then crashed the first two times I used it. No wonder people use Uber

Non functional cant input a pick up address, which is pretty fundamental problem

Hopeless - cant find wellington airport.

In the saved locations my work address auto-completes with the app, but it then says it's an invalid address. I can't find any way to add the address to that screen. The same address works fine if typed into the main screen.

Clearly designed and built on a budget. Otherwise someone was massively ripped off. Feels like a training project by someone learning how to build apps, not a polished product.

Everything about this is terrible. Who on Earth designed the UI for this? Impossible to use, and just utter garbage.

Worst app Crashes all the time, apparently airport addresses don't even exist and half the time you can't even log in... Don't waste your time just call or use another taxi service

I read the reviews that bagged this app. But thought I'd give it a go anyway...turns out they were right. Can't find streets... keeps closing. Just call the cab companies old school but it works!

UPDATED COMMENT June 2017: addresses for locations STILL not recognised in in-app auto-complete list. Frustrating that suggested locations cannot be selected in app which results in calls to contact centre to book taxi. (Using Samsung s8+ with latest Android software). Nov 2016: Needs further testing. It's still not picking up addresses properly even when I try to select ones suggested. Awful.

When entering a future booking, not all required fields are visible, creating frustrating errors. Keep. having to cancel a faulty booking and start over. It would be GREAT if the app was upgraded to allow user to store common addresses with "Tags", such as "Doctor", "Fat Dog Café " etc.

App was a PITA to use. Can't change booking time without completely resetting the time AND date. 'finds' & suggests Wellington airport address then errors saying 'cannot find address' - so frustrating and time wasting!

It's okay but doesn't really give confidence. Rather than stock material design and standard toolkits they've gone off piste and attempted to reinvent things. This means widgets don't fit, buttons are covered by other things etc. I can't imagine it being useable on a small screen. It's not going to defeat Uber.

Don't use this App! the app works fine, and is in many ways an improvement on the old way, but they charge your credit card for rides you didn't take. If you try to pay via the app the drivers will still insist you pay directly and don't seem to know anything about the app. This all happened in Hamilton last week and I am over $100 out of pocket and am trying to recover the extra charges now. If you are going to use the app don't enter your credit card number into it and pay the driver directly, even if this seems to defeat the purpose. You were warned!

Need to add request for a Van and increase the number of people. Payment wasn't received via app from the saved card, which became a big inconvenience to both driver and myself not to mention the embarrassment.

It still won't recognise addresses. Apparently Wellington airport doesn't exist!! I would really like to use this but what's the point?

Download, registered and when opening for the first time the app constantly crashes. Would prefer to use Uber than this crap.

Just wanted to use it to book a cab to Wellington airport, but it can't find it! Going to uninstall, might get an Uber instead.

It wouldn't find my address as a valid pick up point. So so useless.

Awful. Reads like it was written by someone who learned English the day before; instructions are confusing; ugly as hell; and worst of all, it can't find any addresses so the user can't book a taxi. What's the point?

Wont let you book until you fill in all your phone number but doesn't tell you how or where to do this. Logic people, if this info is required make it pop up when you first add the app!!!

Worst taxi app on the world. Bookings take very long time to be confirmed. Eats battery, it ate 2.3% battery in the last hour. Taxi came 25 minutes too early and complained to me that it wasn't an app booking and the booked time was 30 minutes earlier than indicated in the app. Will not use this if there are other options.

Pointless app. Cannot order taxi using GPS have to enter pick up and drop addresses manually - when in Christchurch and you enter "Airport" it suggests Palmerston North Airport ?!?!

Doesn't work . Doesn't pick up the pick up address. The app is broken don't waste your time to do it

Despite the ridiculous situation where suggested addresses are "unable to be found", (including Wellington Airport??!?) I managed to book a taxi to the Airport. Driver showed up on time, ride and payment without a hitch. However, now the App just constantly crashes on startup. Tried clearing cache and app data, uninstalling and reinstalling but no go. Guess I'll just have to go back to Uber. :(

You have to mess around with the address to make the c*** work even after picking the selection suggested only let down good luck booking a taxi

Won't recognise addresses. What's the point of using it??
