1. 여러 고객님들께서 처음 등록때 좀 시간이 걸린다고 지적해 주셨습니다. 감사합니다.
이것은 대부분의 핸드폰의 블루투스와 와이파이가 원칩으로 디자인 되어 있기 때문입니다. 와이파이가 통신중에는 블루투스 통신이 대기하도록 설계 되어 있답니다.
때문에 이 두개를 모두 켜놨을때 통신이 느려지고 이 때문에 기기 등록이 잘 안되거나, 느려지는 것입니다.
와이파이를 꺼주시면, 기기 등록이 빠르게 잘 등록됩니다.

2. 그리고 처음 등록 중에 꼭 반드시 차량 시동은 켜 두셔야 합니다.
본 제품은 차량 내부 정보와 정확한 데이터 동기화 하기 위해 처음 등록중에 여러 정보를 분석 하는 단계를 갖습니다.
이때 시동이 켜져 있어야 해당 정보를 정확히 분석할수 있답니다.
앱에서도 안내를 하고 있으니, 가이드 잘 따라서 꼭 첫 등록시 시동켜진 상태로 진행 부탁 드립니다.
(그렇게 안된분들은 저희가 전화 드리고 있으니, 따로 전화가 없으면 잘 등록 되었다고 인식하시면 됩니다. )
