May just be my phone, this app runs slow even on Wi-Fi.

Much happier now that the payments have been enabled in mobile apps. Great move.

Well, I can't even log into this app to figure out how it works. Sounds like it could be a helpful tool, IF one could log in. I am finding too many areas of the Avon website that could be improved for a more "user friendly" environment. I am a new rep and would like as many of my customers as possible to order online. I had to spend about 45 minutes walking a customer through the order process. It should not have been that difficult. Still can't log in. I don't have time to waste! So I guess Spark is not for me!

Avon Spark really helps me out with new things that my customers may like. E-brochures are especially great for my customers who live a long way. I can just send them in, and the customers can easily send me their orders and e-transfers. I love this app because i am proud to be an independant sales representitive for Avon.

Had this app.. worked great. Then all.of a sudden it asks e to log in.. and now won't log me in:( grr.. please help me fix! !I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing

Great app! Still a little confused with some of the capabilities. For example, when I get a message saying c26 emails are available where the heck is that! What is it?! Sounds exciting how the heck do I make use of it?!?!? Looking forward to all the new updates!

Takes a bit to get to it. Sign in has a few kinks....can't log out to sign in to update content. I have to uninstall, clear cache then reinstall... a bit ofa pain in the butt. To bad because what it does is very good.

It's great, easy to use and everything is all in one spot. The only thing I can't do is share to Google.

Won't let me log in. Keeps saying error or will say my password is wrong when it definitely isn't! Very frustrating.

This app is slowing my phone right down. It crashed 12 times this week alone

When I send video links anywhere the top space just says from & blank my information is not there

Constantly having errors. Fails to login, fails upon start up

Keeps logging me out! Love that I can share brochures now!

Just wish it would let me link brochures to instagrm.

Great tool as a rep! Love being able to share cool deals and relevant articles on my social media.

So easy to share ebrochures. Great to send promotional stuff to customers.

I downloaded spark avon, put my name and password in and it said it was wrong. i tried 4 times and still was the same. why am i having such a problem with it.i used my email and password i use for avon and it still wont allow me to login

It's a pretty good app but sometimes it won't open sometimes you can't sign in so I think it needs a little tweaking but other than that it seems fine

It keeps logging out

I would use SPARK if it would work on my blackberry. I was told a year and a half ago that they would look into it. Not everyone owns a iphone.

This app sucks! I can't even share anything to Facebook because there is nowhere to enter my log in information so when I try to log in to Facebook to share, it tells me that the information I entered is invalid (the writing is also all on one side of my screen). The interface is awful. Fix your glitches. Maybe take some advice from the Avon US app. So disappointed. This app is not user friendly at all. Avon needs to get with the times! Sincerely.. a very disappointed rep.

I dont like it! It needs a lot of improvements! It takes a long time to load and every time you click something it has to load again and I feel like I'm staring at a loading screen longer than I am even looking at the article/notification/post etc. It glitches, and I find it hard to use because of how impatient I am. I only use it for the daily posts and to read the articles in the news feed. I wish there was a section to enter your customers, aside from just leads. I'd like to send some of the posts directly to customers but it only let's you add leads and being a new rep, that isnt helpful to me. I wish it was more useful.

I love theSpark app so far! Looking forward to additional ways to work my business while on the go!

Love the Spark App! Use it everyday

It's not a bad app, but I find that it crashes a lot and it can be annoying.

I have been having a few issues. I need to use this app daily and i have been able to open it . Please advise.

Love it. Great for showing customers the great products we can order for them.

I thought we would be able to do a lot more than we can. If we could do on the spot recruiting this would be mych better. The only thing I currently use it for are to post the videos and product pictures.

I really like this app.It helps me a lot qhen I am at a customers home and they have a question about a certain product. Very helpful

We can share the "Are you the new face of Avon" to business page. But, the Optimism, and Video Library, the only option we are given for share, are facebook timeline, friend's timeline, and group! As a business in Canada we are not allowed to advertise to people that are not interested, or it is considered spam, we need the the option to Share on a Page we manage (liked page from customers).
