Tends to hang up, gets annoying to use when you have to play with it for 5 to 10 min, to get it to work right. Also provides very little feed back with what it is doing in the app other than "please wait"

It's great when it works, but it has trouble connecting the PowerDot to the phone via bluetooth. Also, it doesn't work unless you allow it access to your location which is dumb. But since I already bought the hardware I have to let it.

The app tends to "breakdown" or shutdown by itself. The actual physical product is almost perfect. Love it and easy to travel with. But the app developer needs to fix the minor bugs of the app. The rating is only on the app. I'm using Samsung S7 Edge.

It's really awesome and I haven't had really any problems, I wish the was a little more detail about which program to use. Also buy 2!!! I wish I had the second to work both muscles at the same time.

Just tried it out with my new Powerdot duo and was impressed with such a comfortable interface. I didn't manage to connect to the devices on the first try thogh, but I followed the instructions on how to solve this and finally succeeded. The app is fantastic! :)

Having trouble getting my Nexus 5x connecting. They show up but keep getting a spinning circle... Any help? Have my old nexus 5, similar issues or is it a goer.

As others have said. Takes me 30-40min and several resets each time to finally connect to my Powerdot with my Samsung Galaxy S6.

Only used it a few times but love it so far. Simpler than my old compex

It's great but the app sucks. Can't get the dots to connect after latest update.

Best device for crossfitters

This is the poorest quality app ever generated. I paid over $600 canadian for my powerdot duo...it should work 100% of the time, but it doesnt...like maybe 20% of the time and never when i need it most. Shame on you Powerdot - sort your stuff out before you sell something as significantly expensive as this.

This product is fantastic. The app is horrendous. It makes me want to return the product, which is pretty disappointing

I'm an adaptive athlete and this product is great for my recovery as well as physical therapy for my paralyzed upper left body.

Connecting in the right order is essential but once sussed, works like a dream!

When the app works, I truly love the Power Dot. Unfortunately it's such a hassle to get it to work, even after supposed updates were made. I always have to uninstall and reinstall the app at least twice before it will work. I've reported this before to the support and they were very friendly and courteous with me. There are often times the app does not recognize the dual dots, which always delays me using this tool. My guess it works best with an iPhone, however I'm ano apple product person and it's a true hassle for the amount of money this product costs.

Great app, understandable and functional. Occasionally have trouble with settings and connections but unsure if this is the apps problem.

I'm using OnePlus One phone and I'm having problem in connecting the device with my phone.

Wanted to love this. But the app was so unresponsive that it was hard to use. It seems that I've lost all functionality with the upgrade. Really disappointed. Will say that the customer service has been very prompt and intent on helping. Thanks!

Works well when it works. Some connectivity issues with galaxy S7 especially if you try to run any additional apps. Going from uno to duo is an issue. Will randomly lose connectivity in the middle of a cycle then you're screwed because in order to get back going you pretty much have to reset everything even the phone.

I so wanted to love this product. When it works the power dot proved to be a great device with awesome potential. However; the connection/application issues are shocking for a device that costs in excess of $700. I have used the application over three different devices. The Galaxy S4 Note, S7 and S2 Tablet all with the latest updates. The application freezes after connection is established. Once you press get started you are advised to please wait. After 20min I chose to stop waiting. When I reinstalled all apps then the application failed to allow me to login via my FB. This product appeared to have great potential. I purchased the Power dot in favour of the Equivalent Compex Unit. I fear I may have made an error in my research. After some troubleshooting, the product has proved to be more reliable. Now for a thirty day test and see if it is truly worth it.

Connectivity issues with my Galaxy S7. Cannot have multiple bluetooth devices running when using the Power dots (e.g. Gear Watch, Head Phones). Keeps trying to connect and says I need to reset the Power Dots. When they do work ....sometimes they disconnect and I have to go back through the hole sync process. I have yet to pull them out of the carrying case and have a seemless experience using them with the Android OS. Thankfully I have an older Iphone so I can use them with that. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. Real bummer to have to carry two phones around.

Was really hoping to enjoy product bc of the wireless capability with the Bluetooth. It was my deciding factor purchasing over the Compex brand. When it is connected to my S7, it says "please wait" and never starts.

Works well when it works. Replaces sports massage in my opinion

Customer support is phenomenal! Have had some connectivity issues with Nexus 6P, but they helped me through every step of the troubleshooting​ process. EMS through the power dots themselves are great and I love the wireless convenience.

Wonderful when it works but only will connect 1/5 times. When it does connect I will typically have to play with it for 45 minutes to get it to work. Baffles me that this was created and has such large compatibility issues with Androids. Only buy if you have an Iphone. Bought for freedom from wires but I'm kicking myself for not purchasing Compex.

It's overall an okay app. Sometimes it just doesn't want to cooperate. Sometime it doesn't want to connect with the dots or takes forever to do so. It gets my dots out of sync sometimes and that's annoying for me atleast. Biggest problem I've had is sometimes I'll start a mode then switch to sometime else or turn my phone screen off and then my dots will continue doing what ever stimulus they did last and when I go back to the app it's no longer running the mode and my dots will still be stimulating. Very annoying and time consuming.

I cant give it a 5 star review because Androids have a hard time connecting to this awesome machine

As with all Bluetooth, some attention needs to be given when connecting. But 9 times out of 10, not a problem. Once connected, have never had an issue. Excellent product and excellent app.

It never connects properly, and I always get the "please wait" notification when I try to use it. I have to uninstall and reinstall everything I need to use it. And I'm not kidding, EVERY TIME!

Great app and great device. I would like to see an option for the muscles at the front of the shin along the tibia.

I am using a Google pixel and have a Duo set up! They updated the app and cannot be happier. Bluetooth can be spotty from time to time but nothing is perfect. Still an amazing product and app for anyone serious about their health, physique, and gym performance. Excellent customer service as well!

This review is in two parts. First, the app won't work on my phone (Droid MAXX). Initially, the app would find the Power Dots, but the Bluetooth wouldn't connect, even when disabling the advanced stuff. Today, the app freezes every time I try to find the PowerDots. On the up side, I have a very expensive set of paperweights. Second, with an iPhone the app works, but I do wish there were better instructions on controlling the stimulation. Specifically, is it possible to run each Dot at different intensities? Also, why do the frequencies jump in increments of .7 (as best I can recall). Overall, the price is good, but for all the hassle I've experienced and the fact it won't work on my phone, I'm wishing I'd gone with the Compex.

This is a great product connected to my Samsung Galaxy s6 with no problems right out of the box! Used it several times and it has always connected on the first time. All in all I love the product and the app is super user friendly!
