SmartTouch POS represents an affordable feature rich POS application for running shops and/or restaurants. The newly initiated to cloud based POS applications, would be wise to take time to fully engage with Smarttouch POS due to it's sheer breadth of functions. It supports everything from Yodo Mobile Payments to timesheets with Payroll , Cash reporting and even profit analysis - in short an exhaustive list of reporting functions to meet ever need! I recommend you start using it in a relatively simple mode by entering your Price Lists (or menu) and only get into all the juicy additional features as your expertise increases with time and usage. Powerful business tools require some time investment. The provider tends to be open and receptive to suggested changes to making the interface more intuitive. BonsuMe for pre-ordering and Boss and eMenu are additional supporting apps which come free with the main subscription. There is a lot here, so take your time to appreciate it all. Excellent value for the cost and powerful enough to scale and support multiple outlets.

A pos system is only as good as the support you get and SmartTouch POS not only deliver a fantastic app and administration system but fantastic daily support. Once you learn the system and the reporting the benefits are incredible. Two thumbs up.
