Something is wrong with the Android version. iPhone is fine but Android has cloud error while using 4g . Sometimes works in 4g but mainly has cloud error. Please fix android issue.

I bought a camera for my baby room. I was supposed to use this app but everytime I try to open it it says smarthome cloud err what a waste of money.

This won't record or playback and the manual won't download in English, works as a viewer but no good If u need record!

Up to now 8 times to try and install. When finally did phone started resetting Tried reinstalling can't even do that now. Just looked it may be on the google block list and they won't allow it to run

The other thing with the sd card why can't there be a delete function on the viewer? The pc upload always defaults to the doorbell software, which recognises the camera but no other functions work. How do I get the proper ipcam PC software?

This is bollox, why have a cctv camera when the app keeps saying target ID offline. Have reset the system and keep getting the same message. And having to watch recordings in real time without being able to fast forward, what a waste of time. And recordings can only be viewed through the app, can't take out sd card and view on pc. Utter waste of time.
