Ugly UI that doesn't follow android app standards. Listings are not up to date(I'd recommend zillow or even better redfin). Filter functionality is horrible and only allows one filter at a time on some crucial things.
I love this app. I can use it at home to get amazing photos of properties in my area (much better that Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, etc). Even better, driving around I can see what's available near me at the time and if Open Houses are going. It keeps me in touch with my agent (txt or email) to talk or request a showing. It's very helpful when I'm out seeing Open Houses. Better still, because it's Sotheby's, I can go into what I call "Day Dream Mode" and see luxury homes in my area or around the globe.

When I tried to save my search, it always crashed and the app forced to close.
