Worked well for several months. Now fails at every attempt. UPDATE ! Uninstalled and reinstalled with same problem. Uninstalled, waited for two weeks and reinstalled. Perfect ! UPDATED! No descriptions in international listings.

The site lags a little but it gets the job done. If you're anywhere near a computer, use that instead.

It works fine, it's just very slow and laggy. The website works fine.

good app for initial searches.

It's wonderful. I get to view great quality pictures of the properties and able to contact the agent in one go. I love the fact that the range of property types are wide so I am more able to zone in to my specific area and lifestyle. The map that comes with the app is also very useful.

Choosing different city in same country search is not one click

I used the sotherby's Canada website and it is a lot better than the app and it is mobile friendly this app need a lot of improvement!

Would be a lot better if it had all the countries and cities. It needs more countries for the search

This is one of my favorite apps.

Couldn't have asked for more.

It stops working after a while saying it's having technical issues, after that you have to logout and then log back in for it to start working properly. Some properties are listed twice, and some countries don't have any listings. Fix this and you'll have my full support.

Pretty good app. Would be better if you could search by style or requirements.

Don't see the point cause desktop site is a 5 star

App is a bit buggy and you should be able to do broader searches such as regions or states with parameters that your looking for.

Photos are of very high quality info easy to get to.

Whenever you try to save a listing your site stops working and will not save, need to fix ASAP... UPDATE: They fixed the save list you can now save properties site is working much better good info on properties lots of pictures great for house or property searching all over US and abroad. Thank you for the fixes :)

This app easily allows me to save and see great pics of my house.

Runs smoothly with no problems and has great options that make it stand out compared to others.

I love the app, but would love to see the ability to search each State as a whole instead of by cities only. Plus make looking at the pictures more user friendly without having to turn your phone or tablet sideways.

How can an app sucks soon bad when the desktop version was great. Two thumbs down very poor design. Apparently the user is forgotten about here. Mobile version is crap too
