RealtyWEB.Net for Android
Realtyweb was the site my realtor told me to use when I moved here. It was basic in looks but very functional. You could search on a ton of variables - single family vs, town home, etc., waterfront Y/N, fenced yard, etc. My nephew is now moving here so I looked again. It now looks so fancy. In the meantime it's lost all its good options. Even advanced search only seems to allow a half dozen options like number of bedrooms, number of bath-nothing we care about! Displayed list can't be sorted by price. Junk.
Great to have an app to look at on the go but cannot narrow it down to pool homes.
Fast, user friendly and accurate....thats top notch to me.
Would be perfect after if it was integrated with Realtors desk top version.
Haven't used it alot, however, what I've used is flawless.
Get the most up-to-date listings here. Simple.
Allow a search of multiple zip codes simultaneously and allow searches to be saved.
Nice to have when I can't get to my laptop or tablet.
This is an awesome app and very much worth it. I've recommended and shared it time & time again. The only thing I would change is have the administrators do a better job at providing more ways to market it, and to also provide better usage statistics for the people using my app
Used it to look for properties while in my car and was able to quickly find the property, view information, photos, and contact the listing agent.
Wish I could save searches
Good app
Rentals not updated often it seems & no pics load on a lot of sales. Very user friendly but I would recommend more options from main page for search. What if I don't want sales or rentals close by me..needs some work but good for serving its purpose.

Waste of time. Homes could be expired, sold, contingent, or pending. No notices show up.
