I wish i could set a max price lower than 100k like the website. Also map feature is not great. Brings up every listing. Makes things look so jumbled if you only want listings up to 25 or 50k. I wish i could filter out fannie mae listings too. Townhouse and condo should be separated. Annoying to pull up condos when looking for a home in the city.

Great tool! Depend very heavily on this app to help me stay on top of my local market.

Easy to use and convenient

1st time I've used a app like this. It's pretty cool that I can check houses on the go, or while waiting during a appt, instead of sitting hrs. on the computer or wasting gas, unnecessarily.

Great app to search for homes, I wish tho that (and this goes for the website as well) that when I type in a city I would get the option to search surrounding areas as well.

If you have the exact address for a home, or just want to search the area this app is fabulous! I have not found a lot of prospective buyers who have downloaded it, but I have certainly found it useful when looking for sold homes in the area as I tour with buyers. Where it fails, is when you ask it to find specific homes on a general address. It does not seem to be able to do that well.

This has been the best way to search for a home. With Zillow you never know if the info is updated.

Filters should include key words- fire place, parking, driveway

I am not pleased with this app so far. I have not been able to look at one property. The app keeps taking me back to the install page. This is ridiculous. Some things should just be legt alone.

Would like to search just by state alone. But overall ok.

My agent set up automatic sending of listings. However when i "view property" it takes me to tje landing page of this app and there isnt any anout the listing and no information abouthoe to view that property. I uninstalled the app and i am still sent to the install page. So app is no good
