Overall the app is good and serves its purpose. However, the status of properties are not always accurate. If it's in escrow it should say "escrow" not "active". It's really frustrating to have to contact every agent on properties I'm watching just to find out if the status is correct. Also, it would be nice to get notifications through my phone, if a saved property has a status change.

It is good that it simplifies searches with an app when using a phone or tablet. However, there isn't enough filters to narrow searches such as fee simple and leasehold, property status (active, pending, etc.), laundry, parking, etc. It is good that you can search by MLS number when in the field. Once they improve the filtering process, it will improve it much more.

Don't update your version. It changed a lot and it doesn't allow for you to mark your calendar. Doesn't search the same areas anymore. The setup sucks too. They changed this app a lot and it's just not better than the other version I had. I'm extremely disappointed and I'll uninstall this app. My realtor told me to get this app and I figured the update would improve the app but instead it did the opposite.
