The app is completely necessary for looking at real estate in California, but the features are elementary and need improvement. Can fluidly go from listing view to see where the property is located on map. The back button often erases your settings. The search functionality is particularly poor: can't search school zones, neighborhoods, new listings only, etc. Seems like this app needs some more programming attention.
