I need easy access to know if property is vacant, okay to show, and the information to access the property. Also, I want to know which properties are associated with my specific office and/or broker as a whole.

I've only been using the app a week and I think it's helpful enough to give me good info on what to look for and gives me an idea of what's out there, I'm hoping to buy in the next four months and the app has been helpful ... I've got my realtor and finance people already working on my goals to get this home for my son and I !

Would be more user friendly if when you open a listing, it gives you agent info first.

I'm the information available is limited. The search options are limited and not as useful as the website.

Really needs information on how to contact Realtors... you get stuck out there,with no realtor contact info.

So many buttons i have to push to find contingent properties. I want to see just active listing so i can focus on those. This app needs to revisit elementry school.

This app was working fine, but now it stops running when I try to log in. What happened?

Should be able to cut and paste from screens, from calling agents to book apt, to researching a propery.

This a great app for basic detail. Could use a map capability. Find it useful when out with a client and they want info on a home they saw while they were out and about

Simple to use, current information, use it, love it !

My listing sales price is not correct. Did not update price change. Also agents information should be in the invite text or email. My clients didn't know I invited them. They think it's a scam. Otherwise tge app is good in the field.

Overall the app is decent but there should be sale price and recording date listed with the sold properties rather than just list price, and also connectivity to tax records/realist and at least a basic location map included within each listing rather than just linking to another separate mapping app on your phone that you have to keep switching back and forth from. You should also be able to search for only solds or actives or other statuses exclusively. I do like the search nearby feature though!

We need address search availability and real time updates

This app is simply amazing!
