Smart Care M is the enterprise app for modern doctors, nurses, paramedics and care workers ideal for Meaningful Use or Innovation Grant funding as it offers true innovation and EHR mobility. Emergency and urgent care services can enjoy seamless connectivity with Smart Care desktop systems that include Dispatch, Outreach and Community Case Management. Send care episodes to mobile workers for scheduled appointments detailing care required together with demographics and any previous relevant history. The app is fully featured and seamlessly integrates with the globally acclaimed Smart Care system.

Smart Care M uses push notifications to send incidents and records collected within the Smart Care HIPAA compliant EHR. Smart Care M can receive scheduled appointments, add notes, map a journey and log mobile statuses.

All the information captured is stored off the device in a high security, cloud based silo that is unique to each organization to be ready for search, review and reporting by your authorized and profiled users.
