Tried to use card on eurocamp UK site to pay towards my holiday, card range not supported by their system. Very disappointed after 3 attempts to activate it finally activated, however isn't supported online by the company I want to spend it with.

Was in a restaurant didnt work..please read all conditios before using it. Was not nice.. it didnt work !!!!! If its a gift you should use anytime you like and with what you like..with no time activation time prior use or other bureaucracy!

The app does not accept my email and password, and does not give me any options whatsoever. Very primitive.

Activated easily, but now the Card is not working and is declining, can't check the balance. No CS number to call to see what is wrong with the card either...Maybe another few months it will work lol

Too much hassle to setup. Payment not accepted which is embarrassing. Why make this gift so hard to enjoy and inflexible? Previous years were better

Activation was easy, but the card does not work - tried it on the KLM website and on Bravofly. Truly disappointed.

I could not make payment at a well known hotel chain, or on KLM website. Poor design - credentials are not cached, no option to reset password.

Not accepted in several restaurants and"Leisure facilities". But I guess that was the plan so they get all the unused balances back.. what a scam"present".
