Doesn't work tell me to stop wifi and go to 4g but doesn't open doesn't work at all I wish I could remove that piece of junk
As of last update, the app does not automatically update. You have to sync to get the latest status. Sucks
This app is utter bs just a ploy to get money from you I never enrolled or downloaded this app and I have it on my tablet and it's automatically charging me for something I don't want

Used to work, after recent update, I just get blank screen.
Updated version doesn't work for me. All I get is a blank white page. Bring back the old vesion please.

Nice concept, it does what it says since the last update. It's kept me from using all my data. It also let's you connect to the free hotspots around town. Very useful,,,

I would love to be able to give a higher star rating, but the app will not activate! I install it, and the first thing it says is "updating please wait" so i wait for 10 minutes and nothing else happens.. very frustrating. I'm trying to use it on an unlocked Dell venue 10 5050. i have full LTE coverage(and i turn wifi off to activate)
I've had this for a while and was satisfied with it ... but all of a sudden this month it's going wild and almost to the most w/o being charged for overage. I'm using the same as always and usually hardly move on the meter. I'm retired and I use 98% at home with my own wifi. Never had this problem before other than when I first added tablet because of new downloads.
Definitely has potential, but it's seriously buggy. It doesn't show the correct data usage on the widget, and sometimes doesn't show the correct usage on the app. The App Data usage and Mobile Hotspot functions just don't even work. Also, sometimes when I open the app it clears out how much I've used myself and just moves it over to data used by others. I use a lot of data every month, so it would be nice to have a functioning app to monitor my usage.
This appnused to work. Now it goes from saying I'm under my actual usage (ex. "0.9" in the widget when opening the app shows me at 4.7) to showing me random numbers (ex."14233528") and THEN it'll simply say "0 overage" useless and confusing now.
On my tablet it says I've used 0.18 GB. Then on my phone it says I've used 0.36 GB. Not a big difference but I would like this app the be as accurate as possible, especially coming from at AT&T. If this can be fixed in the next/future update I would be very grateful and would give it 5 stars. Thank you!!!
Show that we are using WAY more data than we actually are.. almost had a heart attack... this is going on for months and I can't find a way to report bugs in the app so I'll change my review when it's fixed!
Thank you for forcing your app on my tablet. Thank you for forcing me to see this update when I want to remove the app. Thank you for showing me att is a company I have no interest in buying a service from. In the future I will be damn sure my devices don't come with shitware from some half assed carrier.
Still a crappy app. Widget is supposed to show data usage for my phone and usage for other phones tied to my account, yet all data usage shown indicates all the data usage is on my device only. Pretty much everyone reviewing this app is having problems. Why doesn't AT&T just discontinue this frustration and have the Devs start vacuuming the floors and cleaning the restrooms during their shifts. Update 6-29-17.....Keep cleaning the restrooms Devs, this app is almost working. I'm still crossing my fingers.
The data usage meter is very inaccurate. It's generally off by a gigabyte or so. While my phone's own count may show 2GB of usage, this app will claim about 3GB. So I'll look at the itemized count of data used by each app as reported by the ATT app itself, and the count also shows about 1GB less than the widget is telling me. What gives?
After update I can now login but it's still useless!!! Neither the app or widget will tell me my data usage or what I have remaining. What's the point in having this app??
Unlike the MY AT&T app which discriminates against Go Phone plan users, this application allows me to access my AT&T smartphone account without having to be redirected to my web browser. And, the log in process is much easier and faster too.
It Keeps Telling Me No SIM CARD Detected You Need To Fix This And It Tells Me I Have Used All My Data When I Haven't Please Fix The Problem And I Can't Get It To Work
I'm so glad I read everyone comments. Mine also stopped working shows 0 data.which doesn't matter cuz I always have excess data rollovers. But it's not showing my shared device! Is this not the purpose of app? And to find a open att network hotspot?
No longer works at all. Tells me I must disconnect wi-fi, then starts to drain my battery trying to "update" the app without success. Uninstalled it. One star, only because there's no lower rating.
Do not like this at all! Every time I click on the app a white screen pops for at least 30 seconds. No thanks.
The latest updates have completely screwed up the data meter. I can't rely on this app to show me accurate data. I'll just use my own internal tools to measure from now on.
This app worked fine until I updated the tablet 2 weeks ago. Now I get kicked out after about 45mins for no apparent reason. Changed app settings, uninstall and reinstall and still have problems. Find something else that will run my Hotspot more efficiently
Old version was better I could see how much data each device was using. Now it's just the total of what both devices used. Watch this att will say email us to fix this problem. Att I'll tell you right now there's no setting to fix it oh and yes I un installed and then reinstalled it and still nothing

Doesn't update widget unless you open the app. Kind of defeats the point of a widget. Also, it shows more usage than myat&t. Uninstalling and using *DATA#.
