Doesn't give options when ordering a happy meal !

My brother used this app to order food and when trying to pay it came up that session was expired and as everything was still in basket he then used my card to try and pay again. When this also came up session expired he called the Chinese to have them say both orders went through. He was told the second payment would be cancelled though and the money would be paid back to my account. However, nearly a month later the refund hasn't happened and they've yet to sort it. Even with picture proof that the order was rejected by the shop we have yet to receive our money back.
