Create fingerprint senser login system please also faster way to use it? Now can't send money into my uncle's bank account in bangladesh saying upload the contact number when I upload then shows error message?

Absolutely amazing app, and the company .you can send money in seconds by using mobile app. I had to travel a lot before to find some agents. Now the life became lot easier. Thank you small world.. you proofed it actually that what your name says... the world become smaller....

Updated review from 1 star to 5 stars. It's an excellent company to transfer money overseas and their support resolved the app login issue - no symbols in the password or else it's not possible to login to the app.

The app has made it possible to transfer money directly to bank accounts. It is secured and a reliable app. The app is efficient and user-friendly.

Before updating this app all went great. I'm trying to sign in with my user and password as always and I can't get the way of coming in. I shouldn't have updated this app. Besides, I keep going on having issues with this company, surely I have to look for another company to send money to my country... I don't understand why this app says that my email is no valid if I have used the same always. Very disappointed

I never write a review on anything. This is my very first review. Simply because I use this app and I find it very helpful and handy to use specially if your always on the go. Honestly this app is brilliant, unfortunately after the recent update it's not as great as before. App went too slow and some areas are confusing. One of my bad experience in the new update is after making a payment, I was waiting for the app to come back in main page like before. But now it won't. It might be a glitch in the app that needs attention. Please review the app and fix some bugs. It will be a great app I'm sure.

You guys should go back to the old version. Because the old version was very simple and easy to use. I could send money within 2mins and check the rate under 10 seconds with the old version. This new version is absolutely worst. I can't even log in. And it's even asking me to register the whole thing again. What kind of updates is that? Come on, nobody is asking for new version. GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION. We like the old version.

I read other people's reviews in app and was excited ,then decided make a trial but unfortunately I met the greatest disappointment in my entire life. I wants to send one thousand euros to Nigeria using this app but it continues telling me that it could not load the page content as well as asking for one document or the other which I submitted. After about 3hours of several attempts, they said that they have received the fund to be transferred but put it on hold for review of my documents.By that time I'm already fed up because of the stress involved, also because of so many failed attempts which were queuing as awaiting payments. I then decided to delete those unsuccessful ones but unfortunately deleted successful one. Immediately sent messages via their contacts but nobody responded.The contact phone no is not going on cellular after which I called with my house phone it keep me on hold for 45minutes. As I am writing this review I don't know status of my transfer. I hope customer service will get in touch with me because I'm very worried. I even sent my identity card as driving licence.Customer service is the worst which I have seen.

I am very disappointed by this company. They made send all my documents and later on I received emails saying that my transaction was cancelles with no reason. I never received a confirmation email from them after I sent in the document and now when I email no one replies to me. I had good reviews from them but I didn't have a good experience myself.

Guys I love this app this Monday my transaction was cancel I was not notified now this the they said it will br refund in 3 days and today is the forth days the money has not been refund guys I'm not happy this money is for something important please do something this money has bring problem between me and my friend that has it

Exchange rates are very low! WorldRemit App has a higher rate!! Loading takes to long (app & website). I used to use this app nonstop till I found another. If the exchange rates were higher or similar to WorldRemit, I would come back.

So far good. I switched from another similar service due to its better rate. I send money to Bangladesh now and then. It works perfectly, I recommend all Bangladeshi people to try this

I have submitted all my documents which is not always good to do to company you don't trust yet, this company refuse open the page for me.

I prefer Smallworld, because of its high exchange rates and promos, plus my money transfer are received by my recipient safe, no more and no less

I choose this online method for first time decided to do it online instead to go to the local sender. As service always was excellent and fast from small world offices, I tried but I'm disappointed because the transaction is made 3 days ago and the person did not receive the money yet. So I have to send more money again paid another fee delivery and paid interest because of the delay. Not recommended online transfer

Don't use this service. Money left my account 2 days ago and the transfer haven't done. Telephone number indicated on the site don't work. Email support the same.

Since I installed this application is can't login via application it keep on telling me that password incorrect.. but I can login from the Web browser... why.?

I have done like there or four transactions. For some reason they cancell them, but they FAIL to notify the customer that the transaction has need cancelled . So, It basically takes me days to find out on my own.
