Beyond Expectations is an intriguing 4 month course of weekly NLP inspired life-coaching exercises
which guide you through insights, revelations and possibilities for transforming your life.

Understanding and making sense of your experience is important and this App will inspire you to see
things from new perspectives, feel differently about the past and see new possibilities for the future.

Narrative NLP life-coaching is different because it is about more than goals, tools and techniques. It
is about understanding how to release yourself from expectations that have been holding you back,
and make the best decisions for a happy, successful future.

This App provides you with a case of 4 books. Each NLP book contains a month’s coaching in the form of
easy, enjoyable NLP exercises. You can return to an exercise at any point and as many times as you wish.

Because there is a week between exercises, you have time to revisit and reconsider your responses
and refine your learning. In this way you will create a practice that really works for you. You will
find yourself redesigning habitual responses. You will change some of your habits and discover new
strengths.

You will also find ‘extras’ in the form of a free appendix to each NLP book designed to take you a little
further on your journey of self discovery.
