High Point Food Finder

The HP Food Finder App connects people in the Greater High Point Area with healthy food options. Greater High Point ranks number one nationally for food hardship, and this app aims to alleviate some of the barriers to food access by making publically available the many ways in High Point people can access food resources.

This app is the product of the Greater High Point Food Alliance whose mission is to coordinate and improve the effectiveness of entities in Greater High Point focused on alleviating hunger by creating and executing citywide and neighborhood-focused initiatives to develop more just and sustainable food systems. The app was funded by a generous grant from the High Point Community Foundation, and it is maintained through a partnership with the High Point University Bonner Leader Program. The app was modeled after the HOPE of Winston-Salem Food Finder app, and was built by Small Footprint, Inc.
