This is the BEST dutch-english and vice versa dictionary-app out there. Tried a lot of them but this one is the only one you need. A bit expensive but if u r serious learning the language, this is the one you need. I miss though translation of full phrases. Add that and u got no competition.

Have used this app for a while now with good success. Appreciate the widget which allows me to learn a new word every day unobtrusively. The only feature which would make this a perfect learning companion is the ability to hear the word spoken in the native tongue once searched. Otherwise I am happy with this application.
