PONS Dictionary German for Android
This updated version is very useful!
The abbreviations in the app are a mystery unless you own a PONS hard copy. This makes the whole point of getting an app to replace hard copies redundant. A user manual that explains how to read translation search results is essential. Devs, please make a user guide built in to the app.

Bitte, nachdem ich die neueste Aktualisierung heruntergeladen hatte, funktionierte die Anwendung nicht mehr. Bitte, machen Sie die Verbesserung. Ich benötige die App, um Deutsch ständig lernen zu können. Ich benutze LG Optimus Vu.
Had it installed on my Galaxy S1 and it worked for a long time, but now it asks me to reload a reference database of 0MB and the next button is grayed out so I'm stuck on this step. Reinstalling does not help.
First, the flash card integration is really a joke, here is e.g. the entry for 'beunruhigt': ·u·ru·higt [] dj ~ [ür tw [o wg tw]] i to ord [out th] Do they expect me to change every entry?! Second, the entries of the dictionary don't give much information. E.g. what is the adverb of 'snug'. I had to look up in thefreedictionary.com.
First it works really good, but now after an update of android it not work anymore. I paid for the app. Please make it work again.
The dictionary itself is fine, the problem is that the flashcard option is not useful. I used this "PONS Advanced English-German dictionary" app on my old iPhone and was able to search a word and immediately add it to my flashcard list on my phone within seconds. This is not an option for this Android app. The flashcard option is a completely different app and it does not automatically add the currently searched word into the flashcards. You must select that you want to add a flashcard, then add the word (and definition) manually in the separate flashcard app (which is completely user un-friendly btw). Honestly, for €20 I expected to have a somewhat useful flashcard option integrated in the dictionary, it is a foreign language dictionary after all and I know that it exists for other mobile phones. Very disappointing.

didn't do what it was supposed to do
Really a big disappointment. You have to buy flash cards separately, but they are so poorly integrated, it's not worth it. App force closes too.

Where is the widget? I like it more than the dictionary itself... Now I can't find it nowhere.
