Used this card for payment to amazon.in but the payment was failed. The company says that refund process takes 15-30 days. It is really a long time to wait for the money. Worst service ever. Payment gets failed in indian websites.

Does this application accepts diners club credit card to reacharge this card ?.. They say it works, but it is not.. disappointing.

Works well offline, otp often delays online transactions. If yearly charges apply, may not be economical.. offers are few.. card is aesthetically pleasing.. would be good if upi option to fund the card is added

What all others are offering for free, they are charging ₹ 115/- as hidden fees. I feel cheated and don't want any other person to bear such loss, so will keep posting this information everywhere. You also share with your near and dear ones.

Doesn't support Google Play payments. Can't even raise a complaint, in app support doesn't work. Try something else, this app is a waste.

This app could be much better if their is option of QR code so that I can scan the code and transfer cash quickly small shops do not have machine to swipe the card .. yes addon features are quite awesome like tracking expenses, offers etc all new features are quite good..

Looks like they've started charging for the card now. Lucky me to have ordered it when there was no charge, and it isn't even 2 months ago. But then, all other card providers have also started charging (Pockets, Udio etc). Slonkit has the lowest user base of all. This is, probably, too early for them to start charging users. However, if you want free cards, go for Zeta, and yes they also provide add-on cards for free but have lots of restriction. Slonkit's service is good in that respect.

Waste ....WROST APP INTERFACE.........not able change address...delivering card with no care to wrong address....no proper care and response....don't waste money in this stupid card.....charges are damn High ... cheating I told you to help me to change the address before ordering the card..but I guys were late in responding..so the card got lost..and u saying that the mistake is in my side.first maintain Ur app properly

People behind the screens of this app have become arrogant on the pretext that they aren't answerable to anybody whatsoever and can do anything they want, been here almost since the start of this app but never imagined there won't be any respect or the treatment they would provide to an old genuine user; seems now they are much more interested in the numbers game to impress their investors, if this is the mentality of people behind the app I am sorry to say no genuine, loyal user would like to stay here, there are multiple wallets like Udio and Zeta who even provide physical cards are more interested in genuine users. GoodBye!

I think this is a good app, and I don't think so that developers need to manipulate ratings. Because features are really good. And even customer service is also very much satisfying with help desk. I think 5 stars are worth of it.

Nice app. I got the card on time and work properly. for most online cards their otp does not come ontime. But for slonkit it is very fast. The most advantage is I can use it as a credit card.

Received my card in just 10 days.But the minimum amount after purchasing card should be reduced to 50 or 100.You can take 200 for first time but after that there should be a less amount.Otherwise great experience with slonkit.

Service is pathetic.. Debits money and the recipient doesn't gets it.. Turnaround time is 16 days.. Customer care service is poor..they don't know anything about the probable issues..
