Had to call 800#. Needed to install/uninstall/reinstall twice with test of system. Finally got it to work! Just like it because of the trouble, otherwise, works really well. Able to arm/disarm while on the road

It is designed not to work at all!! Strictly a gimmick to appear tech savvy while not monitoring or securing your home. Don't waste the time that I did trying to operate the inoperable application. Simply deactivate/uninstall/and cancel all subscriptions to their impotent services! Your welcome!

Slomins is a rip off and I honestly would not recommend them to anyone, I signed up with them back in January, and was tricked into a 5yr contract. The representative that was sitting in my house lied about everything, they are worse than the telephone company, I am paying $189.00 every 3 months for things I don't need and that are not working, things that were force on me unknownly, for example their garbage camera that worked once back in February, their automatic door lock which locks me in or out my house due to malfunction issues I'm paying for video clips that never recorded because the camera haven't worked since February and it is now September. Removing these extra features shouldn't be a problem but, NO! Its all part of their package deal contract and I'm just the fool who got caught with it. I tried calling and the supervisor named Brendon Kelly was very unhelpful and didn't seem to care, he spoke to me in a very condescending manner, which was rude and very disrespectful. They are even charging me for an app that I never used, an app that is supposed to be FREE. I'm even being charged for things that I never received, what a damn shame. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy.

To use the app I have to always reset my phone my husband phone is the same way. This app is annoying!!

The app NEVER works correctly and requires constant updates.

This is a real waste of time. There should be some law that says if the company is not doing what they said they will do then we can break our contract. I feel like Kyrie trying to leave Cleveland. Just let me go before things get really bad.

This application is terrible! The app won't open, I've reinstalled it several times but still, no resolution. When it did work, it would take several minutes to load and the few times I have had a false alarm, I have not received any notice on the app or response from the company.

Really bad app, especially the updated one. I just get a black screen when I try to access it. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling just to get it to work.

App is not working Someone just attempted to break in and I could not activate my camera. Try deleting and download and it is still pending. This alarm company is not making me feel as safe anymore.

Freezes needs updates

I really can't understand why people hate this app. It is very responsive as long as you have wifi off. If wifi is on chances are you might be connected to a public cable wifi and without signing in through your browser you won't be connected. So it won't work. If done properly this works like s charm.

I have Samsung note 4. This app will not work. Tech support is lost as to why. Will not recognize my login and or password. After about 10 times uninstalling it, it's appears I wasted my upgrade on the alarm remote access.

This app is TOOO SLOW!! If you need to disarm your system right away, it doesn't work quickly enough! What's the point of having it!! Terrible! And I DO have a great phone!????

This app was great for about 1-1/2 years. Then it stopped working. Techs have come to the house 2x. They've changed the radio in my control panel both times. I was told Slomins changed from Verizon to Sprint as the carrier...ever since then, the app has problems, it times out and the feature I liked most...being able to get a text when someone entered or exited the house, stopped working. Then in a week or so it will dump them all at once, usually around midnight...Ridiculous! I'm holding off calling them out of frustration...Slomins must think, I can just sit home and wait around for them. I can say once my contract is up...I'm done with them.

I'm VERY HAPPY. Now I can actually leave my house without being worried

My account doesn't sync with the app, is there anyway to use the app?

Hangs on the initial black screen with the shield. No animation. Even task manager doesn't respond. Android close/wait screen pops up. Close. Get warnings about not supporting split window mode.

The new app is just as bad as the old...slow....unreliable....constant connection issues....have had to delete and reinstall several times due to " oops there was an error...." only way to get it to work again...if I performed this poorly I would have been fired a long time ago.

So does their cameras Anyone can fool & by-pass them. Such a ripoff.

Also. The zone window is not correct. Bypassed zone 2 at home. My device doesn't show as bypassed.

One of the slowest, crappiest apps I have ever had the misfortune of using.....or TRYING to use. Recent update did absolutely NOTHING to help this garbage app. Make sure you hit "disarm" when you're a couple of blocks away from home or you'll be standing outside your door like a jackass waiting for this thing to turn off your alarm while your neighbors wonder why you're just standing there staring at your phone. Hopefully it won't be raining or 10 degrees outside. 8-18-16...Update.....Even worse than before

Snails pace slow takes forever to open

This is app is so frustrating. It is painfully slow. There are times when I will wait 30 seconds while it is trying to open it won't open. So I back out and try again and still no good. Major upgrades needed. The alarm system is ok but this app is almost useless.

Takes forever to sync and half of the time I have to sign back in. Waste of time.

Very slow app...never seen an app take so long to load....I wanted to remove a bypass from my phone....does not work...so the app is just for arming and disarm? ??

The home automation functionality works great. The ability to lock and unlock my doors as well as open and close my garage is really useful and works flawlessly.
