I got this so that I can see when my child gets home from school. It never works, I have deleted the app and reinstalled I don't know how many times still doesn't work, 3 years with my alarm and the app still doesn't work. This needs to be improved.

Loads very slowly stops working arbitrarily and zoom out stops working..I have a samsung gs4. I hate it worst investment I have ever done do not I repeat do not get this service this app sucks. Slomins techs can't keep up with upgrades to any android is phones either old or newer phone..Samsung phones are great . its slomins that sucks u can't monitor the home so why bother getting security system.

I have had the alarm system for 3 years and the app works intermittently. Needs to be fixed.

Tried it again, keeps stating that its invalid. Horrible app

On my android you see portion of screen. Can't zoom out to see more. On my wife's iPhone its clear as day and can see everything camera is pointed at. Sup with that?! Fix!!!

Loading takes forever. When it finally doea, the image is zoomed in, and zoom out doesn't work. Can barely see any of the picture

They make you pay for it, but it doesn't even work... Worthless...

Can't even log in! And yes, I made sure the password was correct. I even went and changed my password, still no good!

Cannot get past the registration step. Keeps telling me there was an error logging in. Droid bionic

Great app for any homeowner and esp a parent. You can see what is going on without intruding on personal space.
