I like it but I got a new phone and I can't transfer my old entries to my new phone

I have used this app everyday for well over a year and loved it. Unfortunately it was recently updated and now it won't attach any pictures anymore saying there is an error. I sent an email to the developer a few days ago but haven't heard anything back yet. I will definitely bring the rating back up to 5 stars once I can attach pictures again.

I love the app and I've been using it for over a year and followed it from windows store. However, 2 issues: 1. The app settings button lies in the bottom right, so it accidentally gets touched a lot. 2. I hope we can backup to Google drive someday and sync from it as well. The simplicity of this app however beats every other, and induces creative expression. Please solve the first issue if possible. Thanks.

It's too difficult to get into the settings because my phone doesn't have a menu button. The layout is confusing and every tap triggers another ad. I would use a different one but I'm not bothered to move all my stuff to another app. At least tell me how to get to settings

The app is great & I loved it. I can do a lot of stuff on the diary; however, the only backdrop of the application is that the attachments, that is, pictures or photos take a large amount of text that is behind it. One more thing, you can add more fonts. Please fix the problem as soon as possible. Otherwise, the app is just perfect.

Even after setting the password a stranger can open it using his or her e-mail id, so what's the point to keep the password if others can easily open it and read the content written inside. That's not tolerable. Nothing could be worse than this......

When im done writing on it... i swipe to another day then back where im writing.... and my messages suddenly gone.. why? I hate it so much.. those message meant it so much to me.. i trust this app to my message, but it disappoint me. If you have some suggestion to retrieve my message.. please.. please do so..

On my phone the app does show where I can change the settings so i can't use password, change themes or back up and restore. If I can't do these then i will have to uninstall... Please fix then i can give you more stars... Thankyou

Needs a fingerprint security system, an auto-write mode where you can just say the words and it automatically types it. Ya' know what i mean?

I have tried several different apps so that I could put together a journal of different things from time to time. I have tried several of these types of apps. I was dissatisfied with each and every one of them. This app has them beat hands down. It also provides a lot of functionality. Needless to say I am very pleased with this app.

I Liked it, compared to other similar apps. Only one lacuna is search. I am not able to search previous entities. When I downloaded I particularly check this feature, it was working. But in between it stopped. Now I am not able to search. Mr developer, Plz fix it ASAP before its too late and people migrate to other app.

Awkward layout for my liking. Too much guessing for where I need to touch to get what I want. And I hate "guess touching" when they are ads on the screen.

Simple to use, but I've lost the last 3 years! I had to wipe my phone so I backed up my data onto the sim card, but when I went to restore it the app wouldn't let me. Fortunately I also converted my entries into a pdf too.

The Search, on this app, is a useless endeavor. Enough to make me switch. Another notable is that you can't send anything to your computer and then print several dates on a single page. Maybe the developer is reading this?

Some bits of my diary is typed in Korean, and when I tried to download it into pdf, the Korean comes out in weird characters.. Is there a way I or you could fix that? ..So I can read the parts of my diary that are in Korean...?

dear product owner, its really best app. I used it for 1year and I love it so much. but I face one problem that is,while I convert bangali text to pdf then it can't show bangali on converted pdf.it just show many garbage . so please fixed this font problem

Cool app. Easy to use, but files written in cyrillic are exported as pure nightmare - all letters are replaced with dash. Not very usefull to export just blanks and digits.

I like it cause whenever I want to realise my mood, I just click this app and write down all my feelings in it and it makes me feel so comfortable after all ,thus, I think that we don't have to always post or share your status on social medias as you want to realise your feelings, So just write down in this app!

Easy to use. But is there a way to recover old entries? I had to wipe device due to malfunction and lost this entire years entries. Any advice to retrieve old diary?

Would happily pay a buck or two for add free version and would give 5 stars too! Great app otherwise...perfect though without annoying pop-up ads!!
